Regardless of if it is needed or not, in my opinion Yours is Mined is a great player who always brings interesting characters. Every character they play brings something to the game they join.
I haven't had the pleasure of playing alongside Gervase specifically.

The module calls out the Dark Window as an "immobile magical effect of CL 17," but in my interpretation as a GM and a VL I would qualify it as meeting the essential intent for your check mark in that category on FJC.
Unfortunately there was a clarification on this that the item had to specifically state it was an artifact. :(
Guess I try to recruit Azmur to Dark Archive...

Guess I will need to work on that in the future.

Once all the magic is done on the mirror, Kegan asks Melisandre about it.
“Is there any way to safely pack it up for the dark archives? We can’t just leave it here.”

Kegan is happy to join in the festivities. Dancing and flirting with the women of the town. He prefers to sample the various festivities, careful not to over indulge himself.
He is surprised at being knighted, but attends the ceremony and thanks Origena.
The next day he says goodbye to each of you. “Time to find the next adventure!” Early the next morning he leaves without another word.
Some creatures can make AoO while grappling, some can’t. I don’t know if this is one that can. If it can’t, he will use the Parry/Riposte on its next attack against him.

This is a module, being played in campaign mode. As such, it does not follow the normal conventions of society play.
There should be no crossing off of loot or adjusting of monetary rewards.
I am in favor of clearing out the dangers. I think it would be fun. I am just pointing out that it doesn't matter how our characters do here, the rewards are for completing this section of the module.

As the couple show their affection for each other, Kegan watches to make sure nothing is sneaking up on them. As the sounds settle, he turns to face them again, still scanning his surroundings for any signs of trouble.
"Rima, a pleasure to finally meet you." Kegan says with a bow and sweep of his hat. "I am Kegan."
He smiles as the woman gets ready to fight, then shows concern as she suddenly doubles over. I hope Azmur knows how to take care of her. Certainly nothing any of my training has prepared me for.
Taking the druid's hint, he says "Yes, still more dangers to face."
Turning towards the group, he asks "Are we going to be able to deal with the blackness if we haven't taken care of the mirror?" He looks towards Melisande as he asks this.

Kegan hesitates, unsure who to follow. Sounds like they are concerned about someone being mind controlled again. If that is the case, I would probably be more of a hinderance to Melisande than an asset.

"Sorry, but when someone is being held hostage as part of a blackmail scheme, seems to me they need rescuing. Talk to the dead dragon if you have problems with which gender they chose to blackmail and which to kidnap."
He cleans and sheaths his rapier.

No need for the identify any longer.
Dragons have blindsight. Invisibility doesn’t work on them. Kegan doesn’t have Kn: Arcana so he wouldn’t necessarily know to warn about that.
Unfortunately the dragon didn’t move far enough away from the entrance either. I was sort of hoping it would follow the Swashbuckler that was taunting it.
An alchemist can utilize spell-trigger items if the spell appears on his formuale list, but not spell-completion items (unless he uses Use Magic Device to do so).
A wand is a spell-trigger item.
There are other problems with the plan, but it would likely take a Knowledge: Arcana roll to realize that.

Kegan decides it would be better to draw the dragon away from the archway. He moves across to the other side of the room, putting a pillar between himself and the dragon.

Why is Testudo trying to get cover from smoke? The dragon can see through it and it prevents Testudo from charging.

Kegan attempts to follow Pentosh, then skids to a stop when he comes out of the cloud to see her slip past the dragon. Not liking his chances of getting past the dragon, he readies his rapier in case the dragon attacks him.

Does Pentosh have something that improves her movement or something?
Darkness rules have someone needing to make Acrobatics checks to move faster than half speed. That -4 Dex from the smoke would make this even more difficult. Kegan has Blind-fight which gives him a number of advantages including not losing Dex to AC and not having to make the Acrobatics check.
When I look at the map, even if there weren't a dragon in the way I don't see how Kegan could catch up with her.
I obviously don't know all her abilities, but wanted to check if things were as portrayed before deciding what Kegan does.

I am unsure of what is best for Testudo to do atm. Thoughts?
My suggestion is to get to a position where next round he can charge the dragon. Have him ready an attack if the dragon comes for him.
Bonus points if he can get some healing as he does this. That is likely only possible if someone readies a healing spell to go off as Testudo moves past and then Testudo moves.
Testudo on a charge would do massive damage to the dragon, especially having challenged it. We really could use that right now.

Pyrotechnics in the cloud form obscures all vision into and out of the area, meaning that the alchemist has total concealment. Her following retreat will not provoke as a result.
If the smoke is that thick and they are busy coughing, how did they know to retreat? Also, the timer for ending the coughing doesn't start until they leave the cloud.
Frustrated that the smoke is so thick he can only hear the retreat of Pentosh, Kegan decides that the smoke can't go that far up. He tries holding his breath again and follows them up.
Hold Breath:1d100 ⇒ 99 Yay! No save required! If I catch up with Pentosh outside the cloud in a single move, I will attack. Going up one flight likely takes me out of the smoke. If I have enough movement as a single move, I would attempt to tumble past Pentosh so they are caught between myself and the smoke cloud.
