Hello Paizo People! Just went to my account to download some pdfs to prep for an upcoming Convention when I saw that they were not in my list. They say I have purchased them and the date but no Pdf in my digital content. The two orders in question are: 36776692
36805147
They all say I purchased them on each ones product page, but I have no PDFs. I wouldn't have know that they didn't actually post/populate/promulgate? what have you if I hadn't went to download them for an upcoming con. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Marc Waschle

Hello Paizoians! I recently update my payment method after I got an email telling me that my old one had been declined. This is correct, the one ending in 6553 is expired and cancelled. It still says that all my subscriptions are going to be charged to that card. PLEASE change them to my updated method, the one ending in 7516 as it is current and should work fine. Also I tried to delete my old payment method but it won't let me even after I entered the new method. Thank you for your kind attention, Marc Waschle

GENCON was awesome! My oldest Son GM'd his first Society game this year and his first interactive special! It was a very proud parent moment when I over heard compliments from players at his table. It was my second oldest Sons first GENCON and he loved it and loved playing 2e. My youngest was higher than a kite when he rolled a natural 20 and got a Core Rule Book for free! Unexpected icing on the cake, came Saturday night when Tonya presented me with my campaign coin! A big thank you to all the employees, writers, developers, GMs and players that create, produce, and bring life to all things Organized Play and Pathfinder have to offer!
Hey Paizo! Just want to make sure that I will be getting the Lost Omens World Guide and NOT Dhurma whatever starting my subscription! I tried several times on each screen to choose LOWG book but it kept switching it to Dhurma. Secondly, will my Rulebook subscription allow me to pick up the Bestiary at the same time as I pick up the Core Rule Book at GENCON? Thanks for your kind attention! Marc

Hello there! I wanted to know if the Pathfinder dice tray languishing in my sidecart could be added to the Mummy's Mask Pawn Collection going to Antioch TN? They are both for my Son's birthday and I messed up and didn't order them at the same time or put his shipping info for the dice tray. If not I understand. Hello, The wide black banner at the bottom of the page is acting really weird. It moves with the page sometimes and others obscures the bottom or a large section of the bottom of the page. Got my email about access to the play test rules, and for the life of me I cannot find the darn thing on the Paizo site! The link takes me to sign in then nowhere else and I have search everywhere! Please help my search fu has failed and I just want to get to the NDA so I can start prepping for GENCON!
Hello, I made a mistake in my order #4640662. It looks like I subscribed to the Pathfinder Campaign Setting Subscription and I wanted to subscribe to the new Taldor Adventure Path! Hello, I was just wondering if something had happened that I was not aware of? I am a Starfinder Charter Superscriber, and I have not gotten any of my PDFs in my downloads. I have seen many people on line saying they had already been delivered. I selected pickup at GENCON, and I see them in my sidecart, so I was wondering if it was because my last name starts with W or something else.

I played several sessions at a small Con almost a month ago and they still haven't credited the sessions to my characters. I have tried to contact the organizers, and the GM that I played with to no avail. I have posted on the Cons facebook page and have received no response. Is it ok if the sessions are not credited as long as I have my Chronicle sheets? Do they need to be uploaded at all? Ever? Just want to make sure my characters are legal going forward, still new and not sure how it works. I think its my Chronicle sheets that count right? Any help would be appreciated.
