Starfinder Pdfs not in my Downloads

Hello,

I was just wondering if something had happened that I was not aware of? I am a Starfinder Charter Superscriber, and I have not gotten any of my PDFs in my downloads. I have seen many people on line saying they had already been delivered. I selected pickup at GENCON, and I see them in my sidecart, so I was wondering if it was because my last name starts with W or something else.
Any light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated,

They may not have run the Gencon orders yet. The people who have their pdfs are people whose orders have shipped, or at least packing labels have been printed for their orders.

The GenCon orders have not yet been run. When that happens, your payment method will be charged and your PDFs will be granted. See this post. The GenCon orders were slated for being run on Friday, but there were some bugs. I'd guess they are actively working out those bugs and hope to run them very soon.
