Emberkin darts forward. He gives the demon a wide berth to avoid any attacks of opportunity, not entirely trusting his invisibility.

He stays 10ft from the demon which was disguised and grabs Ajax before teleporting to safety. He is careful to remain within the 45ft range of Ajax’s spell.

Kelvor hears Emberkin in his head dispite the faerie dragon's invisibility Lets see if we can clear one of those images and possible taunt her into striking

Darting forward and trusting in his invisibility to prevent attacks of opportunity Emberkin lashes out with his fangs.

Emberkin doesn't give his position away with an attack of opportunity.
He instead flies out of harm's way and keeps an eye on Karina.
If Karina begins casting a spell he will launch magic missiles at her.

Emberkins voice enters the mind of the party

Using his natural spell-like-abilities Emberkin casts Greater Invisibility and darts forward to open the door to the senate.

If it is locked he will let Petra know so she can magically unlock it.

Emberkin on the other hand is fluttering back and forth doing his best to make sure everything goes smoothly.

"Thank you for the use of the Wand Miss Berrtythwaite. I can certainly do that. It will aid you when Petra uses Liberating Command. Have you considered Talismans? I believe there is one which can act as per the Freedom of movement spell."
He nuzzles into Juniper's hand as she pats him and gives a happy little shiver. "That does make it hard to maintain ones dignity." His telepathic voice is more jovial than reproachful in Juniper's head.

"Ah Ajax, allow me." He easily activates the wand for Ara, Telepathically addressing her as he does.

At the senate Emberkin hides behind Kelvor's bulk

The Faerie dragon-rabbit's telepathy sounds as he follows Petra
While this is unlikely to cause them to lose their footing it may slightly slow their advance

He casts Grease under the halflings and the golems before retreating.

Emberkin watches the impact of the burning arc on the halflings blocking Juniper and launches Magic Missiles at whichever of them seemed to take the impact the worst.

His invisibility thus broken he ducks back behind his human companions

As Petra's sage familiar Emberkin feels it is his job to empart as much knowledge as he can.

Hidden from sight Emberkin follow Petra quietly and joins the search.

Emberkin allows Juniper to pat him for a moment before speaking in a voice you would more expect from a senior librarian.

Goodday to you all. I am Emberkin Miss Orlovsky's sage familiar. I was originally a rabbit touched by the elemental plane which caused my fluffy tail to be a little flame like a charmander. But as her power grew I became less and less like the rabbit I once was such that I have now developed sorcery of my own! Mmwhahaha!
