Still around, work issues have been keeping me incredibly busy lately... Hope to have some free time coming up.
Anasth remains silent, in hawk form, as he perches on the nearby wall, looking over his remaining companions and glaring at the officer.
I've been enjoying it. The animal form is fun. I could be a hawk all day. :) or an owl... there are some big owls out there. Healing is interesting, but a little complicated. Overall, mostly good experience.
Hmm, we could do either in my book. Another combatant might not be a bad thing, though.
What is "healy myrrh"?? It's an incense that when burned, during bed rest healing, heals an additional hit point to everyone in the room. Here's the entry on the SRD.

Anasth will keep in hawk form over the next few days, and scout the lands around without going too far from the town (again in hawk form).
Anasth grunts in laughter, but there is no humor in the sound. He rolls his eyes as he looks over at Ariael, shaking his head silently as though that was all that needed to be communicated.
Anasth steps forward, bow over his shoulder and nods briskly at the question. He does not say anything if he can help it.
Still in the form of a large (medium-sized) hawk, Anasth attempts to join the others at the tavern without being seen by anyone else in the town who might be out to kill a hawk for some reason. He alights on Ariael's shoulder, attempting to be very gentle with his talons.
Anasth purchases 20 more regular arrows and 20 silver arrows as well, sliding the coin across the table silently to pay for the goods he points out. He spends the rest of the day in hawk form, looking around the town and staying out of range of any ranged weapons.
Anasth nods and allows the fire to remain in his hand for a brief moment longer, lighting the procedure for everyone. It flickers out at the end of the spell's duration, a few seconds later. He strings his bow and readies the quiver, taking up the scouting position, all silently.
Anasth nods his head, and heals Desfra, Glimly, and himself with two healing touches each.
Anasth delays to Desfra's initiative and releases another blast of fire at the werewolf, as Desfra attacks the werewolf from behind, attempting to distract it (aid to grant +2 to Anasth's attack)
Anasth whistles to Desfra, barking the command to attack his assaulter. He once again singes the fur of the wolf with the handheld flame, this time, bringing it close to its skin instead of backing away and flinging the flame.

Round 6 Anasth takes a 5 foot step away from the beast and again pummels it with flame. Produce Flame Rules:
Technically, I think the spell should have ended some time ago. Each attack reduces the duration of the spell by 1 minute, by rules. But I'll go with this method as it is more likely we will survive the encounter.
I am also suffering a little from RL issues. Will be out for a week or so, with apologies.
Anasth calls out with a howl of inquiry to his wolf, making sure she is alright, but he also readies bow and arrow.
"There's a large predator trailing us ahead of our movements. Could be hunting us, hard to say." Anasth pulls back from his position to the side of the group.
"I had hoped we would avoid this weather." Despite that, he nods to the gnome to show he is ready to leave.
Anasth remains silent, keeping an eye on the developing weather situation.
Finding the world of a hawk much more to his liking than living among the "civilized", Anasth stays on Alder's shoulder until they've further away from the tavern.
Anasth, the hawk, pecks at the cheese. But swiftly puts it down, as he would expect any other bird of prey to do. He does however, bob his head in response to Muriel's question, and stretches out his wings in pretense of flight.
Anasth flaps down to the table, paces along its wooden length til he's standing in front of Ariael, tilts his head back and forth, then points to the pouch where the gems are carried with his beak.
Anasth, still as a hawk, releases a small, muted screech. But after that goes back to looking around.
I believe, but I need to look this up again, that Health of that will be 2 hitpoints (or 1 + Con modifier), the remainder is Grace.
Anasth transforms back into eagle form and flies to Alder's shoulder, trying not to dig his claws in too much as he settles there.
Anasth returns (as safely as he can) to the barracks.
If there is a day or two of downtime, Anasth will spend some time wild shaping into an eagle and flying around a bit to see if he can get a good feel for the geography, the strange weather, or anything else that might be visible from a higher and sharper perspective.
Ah, oops... Take off the natural spell feat. Misread.

"Commissions? I don't think we were given any commissions. Just told to wear these tabards and go." Anasth muses out loud.
Anasth is mostly silent as they approach the guards. He doesn't feel much like talking anyway.
Anasth nods, but continues to survey the wilderness around them. If the caravan is ready to go, he leads them on; otherwise he helps prepare them for travel before the next attack (if any).
Anasth's eyes look up to the black clouds in the east. "This weather is unseasonal. Rain clouds coming in from the East."
Anasth feels the currents of the air, wondering if the snow will slow or pick up again.
"If this weather gets much worse, I fear so will our situation. We have wounded, we must remember."
"It was a figure. It could have been a woman."
Some of those go for Desfra too.
Anasth has already called his wolf companion back to him, who limps back with several injuries. He does what he can to stop her bleeding in the cold. He looks over at the gnomes scrambling for his attention. "Get a fire going. A big one." His words ring with irritation, but he sets to work healing those who need it, and using his healing hands on those who need it most. As he continues his work, he fixes the gnomes with telling glances. "My work could proceed better if I understood the enemies' need to attack us. If there's something you can let us know about this, say something."
He includes Desfra in a few of those healings.
Anasth strikes at one of the goblins flanking the wolf, he tries to push the wolf into withdrawing. for damage.
Anasth slices into the goblin attacking him (goblin 8) for damage. He then withdraws with some reckless abandonment to go to Desfra (the wolf) and help fight her assailants.
Seeing the goblins close swiftly, Anasth draws his longsword and takes total defense. (+4 AC).
