A good GM knows what they know, what they don't know, and is open to discussion on things they are unsure of. With a game as complex as Pathfinder with so many rulebooks there isn't a GM out there who knows ALL the rules off the top of their head. Just the fact that you are willing to take the time to get it right means you're on your way to being a great GM.

Any of the hexes that are mind effecting state so in the text, so it can be extrapolated that if they don't say it that they aren't. If it made the save with a 20 though on your first post it's kind of a moot point since it can only be used once per 24 hours on any given target

Misfortune Hex: (1 round, DC 14) Foe within 30' must take the lower of 2d20 for ability checks, attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 1 round (Will negates) Just a heads up...til I get her to lvl 2 and 3 and start throwing cards around, this build is pretty boring.
