I'll be throwing Alenthor here into the Hat. I'll get him updated over my lunch break hopefully.

Rough build put together for and earlier attempt at PbP. Will update tonight or tomorrow.

Good luck and have fun guys

*Rides off towards the recruitment forums.*

Of course not black pajamas how preposterous we all know how green that part of the world is you'd stand out like a gnome at dwarf wedding I dare say.

One more question in addition to my above one. Was planning on multiclassing alchemist was looking small approval for the Grenadier Archetype

Also do to changes in stats from lowering my point buy my base archetype will be moving to Musket Master when I get to a computer later this evening.

Whoo-hoo I'm part skill monkey

Alrighty Alenthor is good to go.

A quick question is spending gold to upgrade my battered pistol allowed pre game or would you prefer I wait till we are started.

*steps into the room cautiously a trail of cinnamon scented smoke trailing from the cigar in his mouth*

I'd like to throw my name in the hat good sir if the picking still in the waiting.

ooc: the build is still from a previous campaign I was unable to play in should be updated later today.

Sadly due to Real life issues of moving i have to withdraw my name from the list.

Thanks.

1. What you've written gives me a good understanding of Alenthor's personality, but not really how he reacts to others or works under pressure. What kind of man is he, deep down? Who is he at his worst? At his best?

2. You have Gnome down as a cultural language, but I don't see any evidence that Gnome is spoken widely in Alkenstar/Martel/the Mana Wastes in general. The others you've listed appear to be much more common.

Otherwise, looks good. Good luck!

Was adding Gnome if cultruals are free since Kelish would be my cultrual language thus freeing up a language spot.

Ill update personality tonight.

If it helps I'll post the relevent text.
Gunsmithing

You know the secrets of repairing and restoring firearms.

Benefit: If you have access to a gunsmith's kit, you can create and restore firearms, craft bullets, and mix black powder for all types of firearms. You do not need to make a Craft check to create firearms and ammunition or to restore firearms.

Crafting Firearms: You can craft any early firearm for a cost in raw materials equal to half the price of the firearm. At your GM’s discretion, you can craft advanced firearms for a cost in raw materials equal to half the price of the firearm. Crafting a firearm in this way takes 1 day of work for every 1,000 gp of the firearm’s price (minimum 1 day).

Crafting Ammunition: You can craft bullets, pellets, and black powder for a cost in raw materials equal to 10% of the price. If you have at least 1 rank in Craft (alchemy), you can craft alchemical cartridges for a cost in raw materials equal to half the price of the cartridge. At your GM’s discretion, you can craft metal cartridges for a cost in raw materials equal to half the cost of the cartridge. Crafting bullets, black powder, or cartridges takes 1 day of work for every 1,000 gp of ammunition (minimum 1 day).

Restoring a Broken Firearm: Each day, with an hour’s worth of work, you can use this feat to repair a single firearm with the broken condition. You can take time during a rest period to restore a broken firearm with this feat.

Special: If you are a gunslinger, this feat grants the following additional benefit. You can use this feat to repair and restore your initial, battered weapon. It costs 300 gp and 1 day of work to upgrade it to a masterwork firearm of its type.

Bolded the relevant text the only difference in our crafting is it works like magic crafting i can only craft 1000gp a day worth of ammo with 8 hours.

Updated and ready for review.

Question for the GM:
Will i be able to Craft my starting Ammo or Will I have to save crafting in game? Also the same with upgrading my battered Gun?

Have to do some touch ups but here is my submission.

Here is what i have on Alenthor so far will fill in the rest this evening.

DM:
He is trying to better his craft and in doing so has set out adventuring both as a means to hopefully make more gold to help fund his research, but also to try and find new materials or regeants that could better the works of both alchemy and gunsmithing as a whole.

The Valley of Fire and Skywatch both are places he hopes he might gain insight. Skywatch's observatory is magically maintaind something that could help firearms and the fact that the Valley won't return to life leads him to belive the dragons fire may have infused something in the soil that might hold alchemical signifigance.

DM Eyes Only:
If the Rich Parents is too much i can always pick another trait if chosen also I am not in any PBP this would actually be my first ever. If this is a problem i understand.

A man walks in slowly glancing around as he finds a seat in a small sea side tavern. He orders a brandy several flask can be seen strapped to his belt along with a pistol shined till it gleams. He sips his glass as he pulls out a small tome and begins going over formulas within. He glances around the room deciding to let fate guide his steps.

Character in profile.
