Our warehouse will be closed April 22nd to April 26th for inventory. Most or all subscription orders will have been shipped out prior to the closure, but please allow for extra processing time if you do not see that your order has shipped out.

Mine says shipped 19 days ago, but it hasn’t arrived. Tracking hasn’t worked in a couple months either.

Mine is still pending, nothing shipped yet and no payment authorization yet.

Mine is paid and I have the notification but the tracking is unresponsive. I’m hoping for delivery soon but I have no idea when that will actually happen.

Messaged support about that and they sent me PDF for now, as there'll be no shipping during this week.

Dang, and I just got the suscription for the Lost Omens line today and wanted them to ship the Tian Xia guide quickly, since I really want to have a look at it (via the free PDF). My fault for not looking at the message at the top of the forum, I guess.

For anyone who is having tracking difficulties with their orders, has not yet received their order outside the estimated delivery window (if it was shipped prior to the warehouse closure), or has questions about their pending order status, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact us over at customer.service@paizo.com! Emailing us in with details about your order and any issues you are having is the most effective way for us to better assist you! And we thank everyone for their patience and understanding during the warehouse closure :)

FYI to everyone dealing with UPS-MI headaches: If you sign up for USPS Informed Delivery, you'll at least get a tracking number once it gets handed over. It's not a complete solution, but at least it's something for those of us with spotty USPS service.
