There's NO WAY I was going to bump from $75 to $100 just for a T-shirt.
But really, you had to throw in the chance for two flip-mats? My kryptonite! OK, have some MORE of my money...
Yeah, it's slightly embarassing to admit but I've started eyeing those top level pledges again. They'll be the most expensive flipmats ever if they push me over the edge.

The step up from $75 to $100 looks like quite a good deal, assuming you're interested in the incentives; a T-shirt and two flip-mats for $25 extra is going to push quite a few people up a tier.
In fact if you total up the (non-subscription, non-discounted) prices for a 96-page book, a T-shirt, two flip mats, and PDFs of the book and the maps that comes out at over $100, so the $100 level looks like the sweet spot.

I pledged $100 and literally a few seconds later I get an email from Chris Self with my freelancer contract. Coincidence? I think not. Extortion I tell you! Extortion!
How much of your soul are you losing? And do you have any left to give?

I'm not sure how I feel about that. I know some high ranking Paizo employee commented previously that the Thornkeep book, when made public, wouldnt be cheaper than it was during the Kickstarter, so they didnt undercut those who donated. But Im pretty sure you couldnt get a physical book for less than $50 on the donation, iirc anyway...

$24.99 is correct; you can preorder it here.
I know some high ranking Paizo employee commented previously that the Thornkeep book, when made public, wouldnt be cheaper than it was during the Kickstarter, so they didnt undercut those who donated.
Those last two phrases are not equivalent; we only said the latter of the two: we won't undercut the value provided to Kickstarters. Remember, if you pledged $50 to the Kickstarter, you got the printed Thornkeep book, the Thornkeep PDF, the PDF of the Thornkeep Dungeon Flip-Mats), access to the Kickstarter-exclusive long-form Tech Demo video, and membership in the Goblin Squad.
The book is $24.99 and the two PDFs will be $17.99 each, so non-backers will pay more than $60 to purchase just the first three items. The only current way to get into the Goblin Squad right now is to win a particular contest mentioned in the latest Goblinworks blog; and the long-form video will remain exclusive to the Kickstarters. Also, the backers will get access to their PDFs later this month, while non-backers won't be able to buy them until January.
