You know, we briefly contemplating taking down the entire site and replacing it with a "Goblins have taken over Paizo and are forcing a decision" page for an hour before this reveal.
But that would just be too cruel.

This sounds absolutely amazing.
Reminds me of one of my favorite ideas for a product, Reverse Dungeon. While I wasn't amazed by the end product, I've nursed dreams of a monstrous humanoid campaign ever since.
Too bad this is free, because I want to give you money for it.
At least I can buy Goblins of Golarion!

Though this is cool, What I loved last year was that the module could be run for PFS and I could introduce PFS to new players. Are you guys going to do something for PFS on Free RPG day?

What are the chances that someone who wants to organize a Free RPG Day event around this adventure can get an early PDF to prep with? I might be able to get my favorite store owner to let me put up a poster of the cover and advertise to try and get a couple tables to play this adventure in-store that day. If I have the adventure ahead of time I can print out scaled color maps. The store could even raffle off or give away the maps I make that compliment the adventure. It would all advertise Pathfinder and PFS here locally.

Mobilize the army.
There is an opportunity here.
Not only can Paizo present a solid Free RPG Day offering. They can also encourage their staunch supporters to run this adventure at game stores across the country. It is like using Free RPG Day as a platform for a nation wide "Come meet Pathfinder" event. Players both old and new who play through the adventure in store may be doubly encouraged to turn around and run it for their friends.
