About Dies Irae
When he's not watching large quantities of Daikaiju battles, Dies Irae is a cranky curmudgeon who also responds to the name Kenneth. He shuffles papers and reads journal articles, then whines about them to a policy board so that they'll actually believe he's doing something productive and give him money.
