Announced Condition:

Medical Resources: When this condition is in effect, the PCs gain the benefits of a successful Treat Wounds (Expert for levels 1–4) once between missions, as the Pathfinder support teams have now established robust supply lines.

So here's how I'm going to rule this. I don't have exact stats for the encounter, only that it's the Rank 4 spell confusion. While it's the same Rank 4 spell for all the tiers of the Special, the DCs get adjusted for different Tiers of PCs. A Counteract check should be based on Rank, but the Rank of the effect should be appropriately scaled to the Tier of the Party.

With that in mind, Eltis' check would be a Success, which would normally counteract an effect up to 1 level above his counteract Rank of 2. So technically not enough, but again, the encounter doesn't give scaling for Tiers nor does it indicate Encounter Challenge (i.e. Moderate, Severe, etc.), so I'm going to rule that it should be enough to Counteract a reasonable threat for your Tier.

Now who's going to heal the Signet, hmm...?

Announced Condition:

Short Skip: When the Short Skip condition is in effect, each PCs regains one Focus Point and also one use of their highest-level spell slot. PCs who do not benefit from either of these may instead recharge a single already expended talisman that lasts until the end of the adventure. This is due to Zarta Dralneen using an artifact she brought with her from the Grand Lodge’s archives.

However, that probably means they will give the "5-minute" warning in the next day or so. We can start the combat encounter, but may not have time to finish it especially with the Halloween weekend. Just FYI.

**HOUSE GM ANNOUNCEMENT**

Viore Ciobanu blasts a ghoul to cinders while Giovana decapitates another with her wicked blades. The pair burst through a pair of large iron-bound doors. The Venture-Captain calls out, “We’ve reached the inner sanctum, Pathfinders. Hurry! We need to brief you for the final assault!”

The Breached Sanctum condition is in effect. Table GMs, you have 2 days to resolve your encounters.

Sorry, but as I suspected we're not gonna have time to run this next encounter. Per the Scenario "If you are in a combat encounter, all hostile creatures flee at the end of the current round." So, it would just be one round if we even got through that with the weekend. Sorry.

You're going into the Final Boss Fight next, in case it wasn't obvious.

In other news, the Special will go on Pause during the announced shutdown of the Paizo web site and store.

Given where we are in the flow of the Special, I expect that as soon as the forums are back up, the House will start the Final Confrontation encounter.

Don't forget going into it that you have the benefit of the Short Skip condition, along with the Gabbing Gossip, and the conditions listed here.

Paizo has slipped the shutdown by a week. Who knows if they'll do that again or if this date will stick. Either way, the House has decided to press on with the Final Confrontation. Gameplay post coming shortly.

FYI: I'll be at a face to face gaming con this weekend. Will have internet so should still be checking in between games.

Congratulations for finishing this Special. And with only 1 PC getting KO'd I do believe (and by his own party member at that.)

You should be getting chronicles shortly. Reporting is done by HQ, so there will likely be a delay on that.

If you're curious about the boon on the chronicle and can't download it yet because reporting isn't done, it allows access to a certain archetype which given the scenario should come as no surprise.

There's no closing commentary in the scenario after the House GM announcement, so I'm just gonna let your hilarious RPing stand as the end.

Our adventure was so wild that none of us can get into our boring day jobs apparently.

It was so wild that Zenari didn't bother and spent her time as a beach bum or a beach babe depending on your perspective.

The first spoiler on all my PCs' profile pages has links for PFS stuff, including downtime charts and Pathfinder Provisions. I have trouble finding them independently, and this saves me that annoyance.
