Planning on bringing Felinzi here since Xandian is in the other game.
Felinzi is a Kobold Flames Oracle - character data is in the profile page. His personality can best be summarized in this gameplay post.

Okay! Ready to go!
Please fill out your information on and , then post your introduction in Gameplay. Have fun!
Welcome to Bounty #9: Fishing in Anthusis! Please fill out your information in RPG Chronicles and Slide 2. Dot in on the Gameplay tab and introduce your character, then do ten minutes of calisthenics. (Just kidding!)
Please post at least once a day on weekdays and once or twice on the weekends. This weekend being a holiday in the US (and my 20th anniversary with my hubby), this rule will be relaxed May 24-27. My GM philosophy, expectations, and standard operating procedures are laid out here. If you have questions, concerns, or difficulties, please either mention it here in the Discussion thread or PM me.

Deka is friendly already. Demed I rolled for already and failed.
At least... I'm assuming that I don't get to just keep rolling until I succeed. That would be strange.

GM Warah |

Fair enough. Quorum of two, so let's go fishing!
This tournament is run over four rounds, each representing about 15 minutes of activity. During each round, each player can attempt a single skill check to contribute to the team’s success. There are multiple ways to participate. Options include:
Fish (Crafting, Fishing Lore, Survival)
Distract other Contestants (Deception)
Impress the Judges (Performance)
Grab a fish with your bare hands (Stealth)
Attack the fish (make an attack roll; slashing and bludgeoning weapons are subjects to penalties underwater)
Anything else you can reasonably explain (I’ll give a +1 circumstance bonus on checks for spectacular ideas.)
The crowd–- and judges–- are looking for entertainment as well as fishing skills, and will get bored if you use the same skill multiple times in a row.
In addition to your choices above, there will be other opportunities to participate and impress the judges. If you choose to do so, you will be able to make two checks in that round.

@Esmeralda: Are you responding to Linesnapper? It's not time for the Round 2 fishing checks yet.
Then I am very confused what Esmeralda and Gwendellyn are up for.

GM Warah |

In Round 1, there's a "complication": Linesnapper, a young tiger shark, is present. Everyone had an opportunity to respond to it in some way. Even though Iput caught it, those who hadn't acted yet could choose to RP a response in an effort to gain an extra Tournament Point. Each round there will be some sort of complication that crops up after everyone's made their fishing checks, so each PC has the opportunity to make two checks per round. Posting that you decline is an option, and will help us move along more quickly.

Ah no, sorry! This was a misunderstanding! I thought it's either linesnapper or round 2 already. I missed that it's two checks per round, one for fishing and one for complication. Got it now!

Green crab claw vs. Felinzi AC 14:
Hrmm.. My AC is 17 normally. 18 with Shield active.
Did I mess something up?
... *Checks slides*
Yeah. I have had my AC and HP reversed on the slides. Sorry.
I will leave it to the decision of the GM on how to handle the story and existing posts.

The hazardous terrain fire from Fire Ray only lasts until the end of my next turn.
That said, how a spell effect impacts the terrain is pretty explicitly left up to the GM to determine. So an entertaining scene of putting out the fire on the dock sounds good to me. But there aren't game mechanics already in place for how to do it. We don't have an action defined in Player Core for putting out fire.

GM Warah |

There's plenty of water nearby, so have fun RPing how you put out the fire. Since the fire will sputter out within seconds, the DC will be low.
Presumably, while you and your team know how quickly the fire will go out, the crowd does not. The only other time they saw it was in the sand, and that's not flammable. The dock is. So putting out the fire has a performance aspect to it. If what you choose to do doesn't have a d20 roll associated with it (see Gwendellyn's action, as I'm about to bot her), you can roll a Performance check to impress the crowd and judges.
Thanks for nudging me to explain it better, Felinzi. :)

We're nearly at the end of the bounty. Please check that your information in RPG Chronicles is accurate. Esmeralda, please fill it out or PM me. You don't need an account to do so.

I can't see much of the info in RPG Chronicles or edit any of it since I didn't create the entry. I think the only critically important part that I can't see is the PFS number info.
PFS Number: 2422564-2003
Faction: Radiant Oath

OK, GM Warah is now able to report to the school event.
I've noticed your mentor seems to have not posted for a while, so I'll keep things going a bit. I'm not going to offer feedback since I was not at the table, but could the students please each mention one thing you think was done well and one thing that could have been improved in this game? Please remember this is GM school and aim for gentle, constructive criticism.

Chronicle looks great.
For feedback:
I loved the role-playing of Demed and Deka and the rivalry between the two.
Improvements could be made for the clarity of instructions on the skill challenge. Though this one does appear to be more complex than most, so for a first time GM I'm not going to be too critical of it.
