The Lurker's hit on Swayaah allows Grog to use his power to assist her.
Liberating Step:
Trigger An enemy damages, Grabs, or Grapples your ally, and both are within 15 feet of you.
You free an ally from restraint. If the trigger was an ally taking damage, the ally gains resistance to all damage against the triggering damage equal to 2 + your level. The ally can attempt to break free of effects grabbing, restraining, immobilizing, or paralyzing them. They either attempt a new save against one such effect that allows a save, or attempt to Escape from one effect as a free action. If they can move, the ally can Step as a free action, even if they didn’t need to escape.
So, she'll take 7 less damage and may take a Sep action as a free action.

Between Alice and Grog's attacks, the last Lurker falls. The sprites lingering in the library doorway scatter.

All remains quiet in the library. Though one giggling voice in the library is quickly joined by others, and the volume of the laughter is increasing.
It would seem the sprites have found something to entertain themselves in the hallway.
Sounds like you don't much need it, but you do have time to take a ten-minute rest here before continuing to investigate.

"Surprise!" calls out a voice as Bangy enters the hallway.
Whether he's actually surprised really depends on what he was expecting to find.
If it was a couple dozen possums dressed in school uniforms swooping randomly about the place while clearly distressed and unable to flee the situation, directed by a group of giggling sprites holding scrolls and wands that are clearly too large for them... then he is not surprised.
Although, surprised or not, four or five possums are on a collision course with his face.

Whoops, left off that you can also use Athletics to subdue the possums, or Diplomacy if you have Wild Empathy or a similar ability. This is more difficult than convincing the sprites, so if you're using Diplomacy you probably want to take that option unless you're better at influencing animals somehow.
Fae recognizes that the spells used to create this effect include mirror image. There are clearly flying, distressed possums wearing school uniforms zipping around the hallways, but not nearly so many as there appear to be.
"Torment? Nah. It's just a prank, sis!" one of the giggling fairies responds to Alice.
Not quite! That's a failure.

"Wow, get 'em!" say the sprites, laughing gleefully as Bangy and Grog wrestle two of the opossums out of the air. They let their spells end, and the animals quickly retreat.
Alice smacks one of them around, which does get their attention. "Hey! It's just a prank!" they protest. One of them seems startled by the violence and her threats and flees. Several illusory opossums dissipate, and another of the animals drops to the floor and scurries away.
The last sprite looks at Grog, then looks around at the bleeding injuries. She looks abashed. "It's a prank war, not a war war. None of the 'wee 'uns' should get hurt. If somebody bleeds, it's not a prank." She sounds like she's quoting someone. She waves a wand, and the flying, mostly-illusory opossums are gone, the last remaining real one scrambling away and screeching.
She turns to go, then turns back around to look at Alice with her tongue out. "But you're a mean bully! It was just a prank, and you tried to kill him. That's mean! I'm telling!" With that, she darts away.
Dealing lethal damage to the sprites earns one Pappy's Ire point. The party will take a -1 penalty to Diplomacy checks targeting creatures and hazards with the fey trait.
Things seem calm in the hallway, and there aren't any panicked screams coming from anywhere else. Though the Pathfinders can hear chattering voices in the lunchroom. It seems that there's a lull in the prank war, giving them some time to rest.

GM Super Zero |

As the Pathfinders tend their wounds and refocus their magic, they occasionally see more fey pop into the hallways. None of these do anything dangerous, just working to set up harmless pranks while giggling wildly.
A letter is carefully painted to modify the sign on the lunchroom door, apparently to something terribly funny. A single floor tile is changed to a bright pink that clashes terribly. A bucket of water is hung over a classroom door.
After some time, though, J Dacilane emerges from the lunchroom, clambering over a table that looks like it was used to build a kind of barricade. He looks around carefully, then smiles. Turning back towards the students in the lunchroom, he announces, "I think it's time for our counter-offensive. Dacilane Academy: CHARGE!"
The barricade is pulled away, and the rest of the school emerges. A few sprites, Grenda and a few other adults who must be teachers, Pappy Draighean, a large collection of children of various ages and many ancestries, and a crew of house spirits, all mixed together and apparently unified. The house spirits have clearly aligned with the academy, and continually arm the children with their regenerating pies. The fey and the youngest children are exhilarated; most of the adults looks more stressed. J looks like he's thoroughly enjoying himself, but it's hard to tell if it's sincere or he's doing it for the students' benefit.
The entire group of them runs down the hallway, hollering and launching pies in all directions. Fey who are hit with the pies laugh and join the throng. A few of the pies come at the Pathfinders at well; thrown by children instead of loaded with nails and launched magically, they are considerably easier to avoid this time, and far less injurious if allowed to hit.
The school makes it most of the way down the hall. At the very end, J looks into the library and frowns, then looks the other direction. He looks shocked, and quickly spins around and holds up his hands to stop the charge. "Well, I didn't see her! We'll ask the Pathfinders to do a last sweep of the school. Why don't we head across to the auditorium? The judges might need some time to deliberate before they make their decision. We can, um, play some games and sing some songs!"
A pixie protests. "Hey! We still got some time left!"
Pappy waggles a finger at J. "That's right, Master Dacilane. You clearly said we had until 12... oh, hm." J's face has become more serious, Pappy seems to notice. He addresses his caravan brightly. "Didn't y'hear him, folks? We get to play games and sing songs! Let's go!"
The fey caravan looks at him incredulously for an eternity that lasts about half a second, before breaking into cheering. "Teachers, if you can... ?" says J.
The teachers, assisted by the older students and Pappy, begin ushering the younger students and Grenda (who seems to have had to much to continue being an adult for the day) towards the exit and the auditorium.
J takes a deep breath before addressing the Pathfinders. "Once the contest is officially over, I hope things will settle down. So you'll need to choose the best prank--but not until 12 bells, which means we have a little more time. We've recruited the house spirits by inviting them to stay, and I think a few of them will take us up on it. Which is a good thing! They're really very helpful to have around when not participating in a prank war.
"I've accounted for Grenda, and all the teachers and students. But nobody has seen Headmaster Rosedell since before my speech this morning. While she obviously gave her permission, she wasn't very keen on my prank war idea. She said something about barricading herself in the teachers' lounge and defending it with water balloons. I haven't had a chance to check, so she may still be there. I'd appreciate if you could do a final sweep of the school while I try to keep our guests entertained in the auditorium."
He turns to leave, then stops abruptly and turns back around. "Oh, and the reason I stopped the students from going into the laboratory is, um... Isawanangryopossumthesizeofahorseintheresoifyoucouldhandlethatthanksbye!" he says, before dashing off after the students.

As the Pathfinders approach the library, they catch sight of the opossum. Unfortunately, J wasn't exaggerating its size and may have been underselling its apparent rage. It tears into papers and scatters bits of slobbery paper shreds all around.
And there's a second one, just as large further into the room. It snarls and scratches at a cabinet, which screams. A woman's voice yells, "HELP! Someone help me!" While many things are possible, it seems likely that the voice belongs to someone inside the cabinet. The Pathfinders have already located the headmaster--efficient!
