Erven goes into a series of trick questions/riddles to try and trick the Sphinx. One everyone catches, "if a roof is going north to south and a rooster lays an egg on top which way does it roll"

Danum, what's the Survival check for? Any RP with that?
Zandyk laughs uproariously at Erven's trick. "We have riddles such as those that we train our young over. But good try!"
Zandyk sighs with relief as DD-99 takes some of the canvas and builds a pavilion to shade him from the sun.
Hazel dances and Zandyk smiles appreciatively. "You dance well. I'd learn it as well but I'm afraid I'm not very limber..."
Finally Zandyk applauds Glenda's juggling act while dining on the delicious garlic-loaded camel stew Glenda prepared. (I used the crit but included the cooking...)
He turns to Danum "You mentioned that a gnome lost some possessions, what did he lose?" Zandyk continues to toy with a puzzle box at his feet.

Well given your penchant for riddles, maybe you could help us with this one. You see the gnome claims to have lost an antique puzzle box out in this direction, where we were set upon by some creatures, then we find a friendly Sphinx to pass some time with who just so happens to have a puzzle box with them. says Ezren attempting not to accuse Zandyk.

sorry I thought I put it in. It's for building a shade for the Sphynx.
Danum signals the Sphynx and says "Do not be alarmed. I will call for trees." He summons four trees, which hopefully should provide sufficient shade.
He turns to Danum "You mentioned that a gnome lost some possessions, what did he lose?" Zandyk continues to toy with a puzzle box at his feet.
Danum's eyes widen comically and says "That."

            Rybar? Wrong character :)
Zandyk looks at the puzzle box at his feet. "Oh you mean this thing here? Tell you what, if you answer my riddle, I'll give this to you as well. So how about it? Do you want to hear my riddle?"

            Zandyk speaks his riddle:
"A legend that goes untold,
A scale that weighs no gold,
The blue of fishless seas,
I offer a rose and relief.
Beyond belief, I shrink realities.
What am I?"
"You have three guesses. Because you impressed me, I can help you with three clues." he says with a smile.
If you have played this bounty w/ this riddle before, I would request that you allow those who have not played this to attempt to solve the riddle first. Thanks.

After some careful consideration and repeating the riddle aloud a few times, Erven pipes up "Sounds like a map to me. A legend to read the symbols, a scale for distance, a compass rose, and shruken reality.

Zandyk roars with delight at Erven's answer. "Right you are! You should all visit me at the Magaambya as you have renewed my desire to study there. He pushes the puzzle box to Erven before flying away."
You return to Eto and hand the puzzle box to the overjoyed Tidbit. She immediately opens it and shows you the map hidden inside. "I never dared seek it out, and after that riddle, I think you were meant to have it." she says, after handing you all your promised reward.
The map will possibly lead to other adventures, but this one is finished.
Thanks for playing all!
