Hey all. Wednesday morning I sent a message to Gold Arrow just to check in and see if all was well. It had been a week since we had heard from him. I still haven't heard from him and when I logged on this morning I noticed that he was no longer on the discord server.
I think it might be safe to say that he is no longer with us.
I want to bounce an idea off of you all and tell me what you think. I am thinking about having Golden Arrow head back to Heldren and fill in the council of what was found.. I am going to have her take the cart and one of the mules with her and leave you all with a mule to haul everything that you can.
If GA does return we could easily have him come back to the game since they are in Heldren.
Post is up. Sorry about the delay. Had a training event yesterday morning that spilled into afternoon and then I just unplugged. Be sure to check the loot sheet and mark anything that you claim, and be aware of your carrying capacity. In this snow you are traveling at half speed, so if you are in med/heavy capacity it will slow the overland travel speed. And baby its cold outside!

Oh, sorry! I guess I should have explained what I was doing. I have issues with the magic system in Pathfinder and DnD, but I came up with something I thought was pretty cool and could give an in universe reason for at least wizards and magi to work the way they do. When Mia prepares spells, she's creating scrolls that only she can use and fade after a day. Basically, it's a way of explaining why she can't just cast that spell she just did without having another one prepared. They aren't scrolls in the mechanical sense. They are prepared spells that look like ribbons of parchment wrapped around her arms in the fiction, to borrow some Dungeon World terminology.
Ope! I did miss the one on horn. NOW it has not gone unnoticed.
Also, the creature had a readied action (drop & bite). In the surprise round Horn could either take a move or standard action. If he wants his surprise round to move up, I will save his attacks for the following round.
I've updated the Loot Sheet. Be sure to jump on there and mark what you have taken and I will move it to the claimed page. Also, adjust your character sheet with the item and current weight.

I remember watching Super Friends, so no worries about that. If memory serves, the animation in that show was even worse. I draw and love animation as an artform, so it can be hard to turn that part off sometimes.

Rolling off:
Rather than just going for fiat, I thought it'd be interesting to leave things up to the dice as to what Kriemhild and Krokod see. We each roll a d20.
1d20 ⇒ 14
Okay, so if Kriemhild rolls a 14 or better she sees Mia cast the spell.
If Krokod rolls a 14 or better, They both see Mia cast the spell and he sees Kriemhild give her a hug. Krokod took off after Kriemhild, so if he sees Mia casting, then it makes sense for Kriemhild to see it, too.
If Kriemhild and Krokod roll lower than a 14, but Krokod rolls higher than Kriemhild, he sees Kriemhild giving Mia a hug.
Hopefully this makes sense and I'm not just confusing everyone.
1) Love the RP that is happening. I want am going to give some more space for of this because...
2) I am going with my sons school on a field trip today. I will have a post up this evening.
Well, I guess I can be grateful that you didn't try to blow our limbs off. :P
Well now that you mention it...
Early on in my playing experience I was playing a rogue that stole a cursed ring, unknown to him or to myself that cursed items were a thing. After about three months of playing with this ring on I decided to cut off his hand. It was interesting trying to pivot from a TWF rogue to one that had a buckler strapped to his stump arm. Though there were heavy penalties on some checks, it was probably my second favorite character to play.

Hi everyone!
I've got to go give a presentation at a conference from Monday to Wednesday. Be back either on Wednesday evening or on Thursday! Please bot me as needed.
Sounds good. When Kessir makes his post I will get a post up as quickly as possible so you can have a chance to maybe post tonight. But if not, I know you have a "bot me" spoiler on your profiles and that works well.
Actually if everyone wants to make a "bot me" spoiler in their PC's profile that would help if/when the time comes. Obviously this won't cover every specific situation that comes up in a campaign, but a blanket idea helps.
Sorry for the delay. Work was... something yesterday. Also, be sure to move your minis or change where I've placed them if that isn't where they would be based on the description. OOC- yes there are triggers that take place in this scene. The first one being setting off the Magic Mouth spell. Thanks!

Hey y'all, I got a call from my mother a little bit ago. She's in the hospital. I don't think it's too serious, but then again, she's in the hospital. Just keep her in your prayers. I'm probably not going to post tomorrow or Friday.
Mia will stand between the monsters and Krokod and attack them. She'll move as needed.

Got an update. Turns out my mom has a gall stone, and they're going to be doing a couple of procedures to remove the stone and her gall bladder. She's in good spirits.
