Does anyone have a light spell? Light source? While Rybar can light his torch, that means I won't be able to use esoterica as it requires a free hand. And Rybar's up in front.

Since combat is started, he's casting the amped version that can mess with the enemy. However, the lights (necessarily placed in the same square for this amped version), cast light like a torch. 20ft radius bright, next 20ft is dim.

I'll put it another way.

If you provide the links to your own character yourself, you are saving your GM time, allowing them to focus on all the other little duties of being GM.

It's a way to say "thank you" to your GM.

Yes, you can get extra hero points from GM glyphs.

What do you guys think about our party's ability to heal? So far, it seems our main healer is Hanu - using the Kineticist's fresh produce ability.

Who is trained in medicine. Ideally we have someone good at that, and as a bonus assurance Medicine and/or Battle Medicine. If we have that I think we're fine.

Yes Hanu's fresh produce is amazing and particularly good for a quick post combat boost. Otherwise for healing we have Otani and Moist who can cast heal and sooth respectively, plus there are currently three people with medicine. At this level Medicine is a bit hit or miss though (e.g. 50/50 for Olegaro). Will anyone be taking battle medicine at level 2? Is it necessary? I think we've only needed a lot of in-combat healing in that first game and have been a lot more strategic since then and avoided a fair bit of damage, including with things like Hanu's tree also.

Thievery is our biggest skill gap. I'm considering picking up a hireling to cover that, but at +3 currently and +4 next level they won't be amazing.

Arcana seems to be our next worst skill and after that we have at least two people that can cover any particular skill. Oh and apparently we are a really diplomatic bunch :)

I hadn't thought about assurance but by level 3 it would always get a 15 - might be one to consider for Olegaro.
