I know I may be the party pooper for pointing this out, but...
Wouldn’t we characters still in the cloud take acid damage at the start of the Nyogoth's turn?
There's one problem though. Dimak and Patros are still limited to one move action at half speed because of the cloud and nauseated condition so I dont think Patros is not out of the cloud yet and Dimak wouldn-t have made it that far either. Ill need to put them back.

Regarding Patros you are correct, but Dimak was right at the edge of the cloud.
I thought it was the entering of a square of difficult terrain that has to be done at reduced speed, not the leaving? Or is it both?

Out of interest, who has the potions and scroll we found earlier? I assumed I'd taken the scroll as I think I'm the only one who can cast it, but who had the healing potions etc...

While we are waiting for the creature to come out of the cloud, does anyone have any buffs or healing they can apply to the party? I’m thinking especially about things like healing for our melee fighters who have been taking damage in the cloud for a few rounds?

Fantastic. Thinking about things like healing, we probably also need to coordinate a bit in terms of where we all stand, as this cave has the potential for things to get a bit congested due to its size, which can make things a bit tricky in terms of safely delivering touch spells like cure spells. But I think it should be ok if we are coordinated about it.

That's mainly what Shamus' Heaven's Leap ability is for; Jaunting people into position in battle. I think Dimak is the only one that's been leaped so far.

Should the nausea have ended at the start of the creatures last turn, so Patros can now parry etc? As the nausea happened on the creatures turn in the surprise round and since then it has had three additional rounds of activity (moving and either attacking or creating the cloud) with the original nausea being for 3 rounds?

I have a PFS PC that regularly summons a Lantern Archon. Here is the info from her profile that I use with the relevant info on their mechanics. Her Archon's name is Lite-Brite, but this info will help you run a Lantern Archon.
Lantern Archon:
Lite-Brite has truespeech, so it understands everyone & everything. It pulsates in greens and blues when speaking. Once summoned by Bella, she usually casts sanctuary upon it if possible. Lite-Brite will then fly around with its 60' perfect maneuverability and cast aid, at-will, on allies to grant 1d8+3 temporary hit points.
It can also shoot 2 light rays (+3 ranged touch, 1d6 damage, bypasses all DR) with a 30 foot range.
All archons are immune to electricity and petrification attacks, and have DR 10/evil.
Aura of Menace (Su): A righteous aura surrounds archons that fight or get angry. Any hostile creature within a 20-foot radius of an archon must succeed on a Will save (DC 13) to resist its effects. The save DC varies with the type of archon, is Charisma-based, and includes a +2 racial bonus. Those who fail take a –2 penalty on attacks, AC, and saves for 24 hours or until they successfully hit the archon that generated the aura. A creature that has resisted or broken the effect cannot be affected again by the same archon's aura for 24 hours.

Ah, that would make sense. I spotted that there were separate damage roles for ‘Damage’ and ‘Acid’ when it was biting people, so assumed the ‘Damage’ was physical damage from the bite rather than more acid. But, yeah, if it was just more acid DR wouldn’t help.
