Lvl 4 will cause the game to go into High Tier with everyone else at lvl 2 (no level bumps). The game will be a repeat of what you're playing now (with Kromrock). Create a new character or use a pregen if you must but please keep this low tier. Even if Ashun and Bee remain lvl 1 it will be High Tier with Kerlock in the game. (19 to 21 CP).

Usually as you level up you can get feats that give you more focus spells.

For Witch that is Basic Lesson (or other "* Lesson" feats at higher levels).

Also, Cackle is a focus spell.

One gets hirelings by spending 4 ACP in the "Rewards purchasable with Achievement Points" section. (It is currently between Ancestral Adoption 1 and Treasure Bundle Insurance on the sheet.)

One improves hirelings by advancing your character to Liked, Admired and Revered and downloading those boons in the Game Rewards section of the boons area.

Well I come to the point I let you decide which character I introduce for the 4-01. Both are brand new level 1.

With correct accounting, that puts me at 14 XP - which means level 2, yes?

Also, I had the starting XP wrong on my sign-ups, so the chronicle doesn't have the right ending XP either. I'm hoping that won't cause problems. My tracking and sums are still correct since I enter that after the chronicle gets sent out. I just end up signing up for the next game before getting the chronicle from the previous one.
