I can have a character done in like 1 hr.
Still didn't get a confirmation on whether I should post it here, so we're kind of waiting for each other?
I can drop the crunch/fluff soon-ish. The question is whether I should.
So yeah - waiting for that.
Also, this:
I think as far as class goes, we can open options up to anything with the Common Trait.
Meaning I can expand options to stuff outside of the Core book?

◆ Twin Takedown (Flourish) - Frequency once per round - Requirements You are wielding two melee weapons, each in a different hand.
You swiftly attack your hunted prey with both weapons. Make two Strikes against your hunted prey, one with each of the required weapons. If both hit the same hunted prey, combine their damage for the purpose of its resistances and weaknesses. Apply your multiple attack penalty to each Strike normally.
◆ Hunt Prey - You designate a single creature as your prey and focus your attacks against that creature. You must be able to see or hear the prey, or you must be tracking the prey during exploration. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to Perception checks when you Seek your prey and a +2 circumstance bonus to Survival checks when you Track your prey. You also ignore the penalty for making ranged attacks within your second range increment against the prey you’re hunting. You can have only one creature designated as your prey at a time. If you use Hunt Prey against a creature when you already have a creature designated, the prior creature loses the designation and the new prey gains the designation. Your designation lasts until your next daily preparations.
Precision Damage Hunter's Edge 1d8
Additional Feats Animal Companion, Assurance, Experienced Tracker, Half-Orc, Orc Sight
Additional Specials Assurance (Medicine), Hunter's Edge (Precision)
I imagine this fellow as someone who hunts down people for money when they want to disappear in the wilds. We can work on it if it's not a viable option at the moment. I read the lore doc, and I got the feeling that big cities are far and between, so I assume the setting is mostly rural. Hence the concept.
Where is the party currently situated? I have read your lore doc, but unsure of this.
As for names - do you want a specific naming rules for half orcs that I am to use and fit the setting better?

Support Benefit Your bear mauls your enemies when you create an opening. Until the start of your next turn, each time you hit a creature in the bear's reach with a Strike, the creature takes 1d8 slashing damage from the bear. If your bear is nimble or savage, the slashing damage increases to 2d8.
I have built this guy and his bear (could switch to a different animal if needed, but bears are dope) to be the wall between the baddies and the rest of the party. Meaning the ranged combat capacity is limited for now. No money left for a bow, but I did get a sling. I used a 15 gp budget for the whole thing. Since you are level 2, I wasn't sure whether to increase the budget.
Let me know your thoughts. Specifically, on the name and setting stuff.

The current party will soon be arriving in the town of Hearth, where they will find your PC, likely at the local adventurer's guild and Inn, the Compass Rose. A bounty hunter is a good background for the setting, as Hearth, being a lumber town, is a somewhat rough and tumble place. Perhaps you've done a few jobs for the Lumber Consortium. (Since we are playing Crown of Kobold King, Hearth is loosely based on Falcon's Hollow in Golarion).
As for names, I'm basing the region loosely on medieval Bohemia. Or, maybe your half-orc is from the Sunderlands to the north, giving them a more Germanic flair.
Let's start you off with 150gp.
