The vicious Dragon-Frog swims towards the last Biloko, circling his prey as bits of Biloko flesh hang from his mouth. He purposely tries to goad the Biloko into focusing on him. He tries to bite at it, but misses him.

Scratch rubs the obvious dirt from his eyes as Quickblade puts a bolt into something other than the river. Been too long since I've had a good drink, must be seeing things again...
Sorry, you've had such consistently bad attack luck that I couldn't resist.

Apologies, I should have posted last night that Yellow takes his AoO on Rhaegal and misses, so he doesn't have a reaction to hit Zazu.
Rhaegal moves to attack Yellow, and Yellow and Rhaegal both miss as they snap at each other.
Zazu tries to hit the Biloko with a magic rock after raising a Shield, but the rock misses.
Yellow tries to Swipe at Rhaegal and Zazu
◆◆ Swipe [two-actions] The veteran makes a melee Strike and compares the attack roll result to the AC of up to two foes, each of whom must be within their melee reach and adjacent to each other. Roll damage only once and apply it to each creature hit. A Swipe counts as two attacks for the biloko veteran’s multiple attack penalty.
Attack Roll with Jaws: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20
Piercing Damage: 2d8 + 4 ⇒ (3, 1) + 4 = 8
◆ Bite at Zazu
Attack Roll with Jaws: 1d20 + 12 - 10 ⇒ (6) + 12 - 10 = 8
Piercing Damage: 2d8 + 4 ⇒ (5, 5) + 4 = 14
The Yellow Biloko tries to snap at Rhaegal and Zazu, but misses them both. Then it tries another bite at Zazu alone, also missing.
Quickblade manages to hit the last biloko with a crossbow bolt, and the biloko goes down, sinking into the water, no longer moving.
You are out of combat.
You have defeat the bilokos, and the River Sentinels cease performing the ritual and let out a cheer as the shadows recede. They help bring any injured party members back to their camp, where they prepare a meal to celebrate your mutual victory against Wrigglemaw’s forces.
As you all rest and feast back at the River Sentinels camp, Mr. Riverside addresses your group.
I thank you for your help in repelling the bilokos. While I fear reprisal from the evil fey, I am confident that the fight sent a strong message to their leader, Wrigglemaw. With the bilokos’ forces weakened, I believe the River Sentinels can break the fey bargain without fear of being attacked. I have an important decision to make—and that I’ll be sure to consult the rest of the River Sentinels community, rather than deciding their fate on my own. Should the River Sentinels take the fight straight to Wrigglemaw and strike while the bilokos are reeling from the recent battle? Or should the River Sentinels travel away from the area and try to stay one step ahead of the vengeful fey as they put their past behind them?
I’ll need a consensus decision from the party whether the River Sentinels should take the fight to Wrigglemaw or travel away?

"Well.. do you like it here? If you don't like it then sounds like a good reason to go. But if yer feelin' charmed by this river then stand yer ground and skin them crocs!" He stuffs another morsel in his face, looking around for something alcoholic to wash it down.
Any way we can make a check to get a feel for if they will be able to win that fight? Scratch has feelings on both sides of the subject, having gone through both scenarios to a degree.

Is there another scenario for this story to continue on?
Now back in his normal kobold/dragon form, Rhaegal grunts at Mr. Riverside's dilemma. He chews on some fruit as he considers the options. "Dragons would take the fight to Wrigglemaw and stand up for their home. Perhaps Wrigglemaw will be unprepared for a swift strike."
He glances around at the camp. "I understand that you may not have strong warriors, and that makes fleeing more attractive. But it is better to end this threat once and for all. If you flee, they may just come for you again."

No other scenario yet, but this data is collected so maybe in the future?

Fight for the mushroom as Baba Yaga if fighting the invaders of her country! Your mushroom is worth of it!

"I would advise you continue the fight. You won't be able to run forever. I agree with my fungus-obsessed friend. Your mushrooms are worth it."

Hahaha! I had at least 2 nat one's in this fight alone...

Zazu thinks for a moment "I would also advise fighting, sometimes your oppressors will not let you escape."
Vote to fight

It seem the consensus is to fight. If anyone wants to have their downtime activity added to the Chronicle sheet, add it here before Wednesday, and I will add it to your chronicle sheet. In the meantime, I will report to Paizo and plan to send out the Chronicle sheets Thursday morning my time (GMT-7).
I hope you all had fun. Please let me know if there are any comments, questions or corrections.

Thanks for the game! That last fight was nuts...

![]() |

It was more challenging than previous times I have run it. I hope everyone enjoyed it.

![]() |

Now I have a better idea on how to run it. :)

![]() |

Thanks for running it. It is very enjoyable scenario, seems relevant there is a good balance between fights and social encounters.
I really enjoyed the last fight, as for the most part we were able to utilize the map, attack from the distance and still get a good amount of fight in the middle.
Nicely done @GM Computerpro82!
Thanks other for playing!

You can already throw bombs.
Then you can take an archetype doing something else.
I start getting some neat 2 action shots at lvl 6 so that's nice. I should only be taking one powerful shot a turn with this build and hoping for a crit.
