As you look around, the fall of the general is the final straw in the army's defeat. Demoralized, the surviving tengu are either in full retreat or throw down their weapons in surrender to the villagers.

Many of the villagers of Nesting Swallow have fallen today, it is surely a tragedy, but also a victory. Without your aid, they clearly would have been defeated if not eradicated. Now out from under the thumb of the bandits, this village and many others will be able to make it securely through the winter, and Nesting Swallow can rebuild.

"You are saviors to our village after all. While much sadness has happened today, because of you we have seen it through and will no longer be subject to their thievery. Through you we have won hope and prosperity for those who come after us. You have my deepest thanks."

Je Tsun honors her bargain, isolating herself in her home with the Braid of a Hundred Masters for a day and a night. When she emerges with a smile, the braid is restored to its ancient potency. Even now, activated, the use of the relic is difficult to discern, but Pathfinders in the Lantern Lodge in Goka are undoubtedly eager to begin their work examining the powerful item.

The reward for playing all three scenarios is to have access to an axebeak if you have a more limited mount class feature, which could in theory be specifically Jikon, especially since she was just knocked out.

Whenever Kiyoko finally regains consciousness, she groans and rolls to a sitting position. The sword-saint casts about for her ancestral katana and, spying it, stands and retrieves it. She wipes it off on the fallen tengu warlord's hood, bows respectfully to her fallen enemy, and resheathes the blade. With that, Kiyoko sits back down heavily. She was ready for that hot bath now.

"I expect dealing with the remmants will take some tine but keep practicing the drills and you will eventually be able to deal with them." Ki Cbin remarks as he starts going around to the militia congratulating them on the win.

Later than night, Elemenar steals away from the fire where everyone else is eating and discussing the day's events. He found a dark place to sit and be still then he cast his eyes up towards the sky. The stars here were shifted slightly compared to the night sky he normally studied. The new perspective was interesting.
