Background

Born the second child of a former kitsune slave from Chu Ye, Ki Chin is the fifth son of the head of the Lin family of Nanzhu, a respected martial family. Like his father and the rest of his older brothers Ki Chin practices the family martial arts.
Although he gets along fairly well with his other siblings he yearns to look for the sister his mother was forced to leave behind during a raid on their rebel cell in Chu Ye. He knows it there is no guarantee that she still lives but to give his mother closure he wishes to know her fate.
