It is usually Silver or Good either. I believe similar in this situation.

Can some one share the writeup or link of the rules for Slowed? It's not among the named Conditions so having terrible looking it up. Just wanted to check something in lieu of next turn.

Basically, I believe Donahan is currently at 15 ft speed (35 ft. encumbered halved, round down) and gets 1 standard action due to being staggered. You can still charge with him though if he has enough movement to get to something, due to the rule for charging if you only get a standard action:

If the situation arises, Metalwhiz has Liberating Command and will use it. It only grants a +2 bonus to the escape artist check, but it's hopefully better than nothing.

Usually, I like to let the players roll their own saving throws, since I think it feels better to push the button on your fate yourself and it means I don't miss any single-use saving throw boosts someone might be able to apply somehow. In the interests of time, however, I will start rolling saves in cases where it speeds up the flow of combat, as I don't think anyone has anything special. I know Metalwhiz has saving finale, but hasn't had time to activate raging song, and I don't think anyone has anything else tricky. Let me know if you do have something conditional you would like to apply.

I'll do Yanda's will save and, if it fails, the next Daemon on my lunch break unless Yanda gets to it first.

The Dalsine Affair Slides

Taking the tactics discussion to here, yes, I think heading up to block for Yanda and stabbing the Greater Ceusodaemon is one of the two good options. He's more than enough of a direct threat to make CGDing or attacking Yanda a bad move, and is moderately likely to flat out kill it next turn now that he has a holy weapon.

The downside to that is then the Black Lesser Ceustodaemon gets a turn to cause more problems, where he could kill it now. And Metalwhiz is still set to go, and has an opportunity to get up there to block for Yanda or drag her out. Killing the Lesser Ceustodaemon puts Patros in range for the blue Ceustodaemon to hit him and Alain with Slow, however, while he'll be out of range if he heads up to Yanda. If he ends up getting stuck slowed it will vastly increase the survivability for the other Daemons.

If Metalwhiz didn't have a turn before Yanda potentially gets killed I would just bot going up to protect Yanda, but there's tradeoffs in both directions on this one so I don't feel comfortable botting it if not necessary.

@GM - Given that poor Donahan is slowed, does this mean that he would be unable to participate in a charge? All my fun gimmicks seem broken if so. Not complaining as that's the game for ya, but just weighing my move as I almost went all in with a Challenged Cavalier’s Charge + Ride-by Attack, but not sure I can legally. Would of been stinkin' awesome though :)

He can, he can do a charge as a standard action because he is restricted to only take a standard action. He's got very limited range though, since slow is also cutting his move speed down to 15 feet, but you need to move at least 10 to do a charge, so he can really only charge stuff in a very narrow band. I think the problem you currently have is that you're too close to the daemon to charge it.

Donahan will be slowed 8 rounds, as the durations don't stack, so it basically just resets the time.

There is a clock going, so we will need to add the time it will take to do the recovery for however much you all intend to recover before moving on. How do people intend to heal, and do you want to fully heal up before moving on or push forward injured?

Keep in mind there may be some delay while people wait for slow/hold to wear off.

Are any of the slaves obviously still alive? Probably not with all the breath weapons.

@Yolanda, any idea what you weigh with all your gear? Metalwhiz can carry you with no loss of speed, if it doesn't exceed his maximum load. His strength is 16. Metalwhiz will have to put away his Greatclub, then move. So Grabbing Yolanda will, I assume, take until the next turn.

Her gear is 52 lbs (she has ant haul up so she can carry it around) and weighs at most 100 lbs. She is a very skinny person.

I am going to end rage, so next 2 round fatigued, with Str 16 (18 -2).

I think that between metal and I we may move Yanda (or perhaps only metal).

I may channel 7 times (1d6) and I have a CLW wand. Also a expeditious retreat wand.

As I mentioned, I use at least 1 Infernal Healing per person, if no one refuse. And than search this floor no more than a time to barely open doors and make a short look inside.

I suppose. For flanking purposes more than AoO. With her melee the AoO is almost pointless.

I went ahead with the reporting since we're at the end of the con time period. This is the last fight in the compound, and since you've kept good time its likely you would be able to backtrack for Riftwardens you've missed. While its still possible for you to fail the secondary success critera from here, I think it is unlikely enough that it isn't a problem calling it at 2 prestige per person.

I would like to finish the current combat, if people are ok with that before doing the rest of the searching and wrapup as an overview post.

I knew I should of sent Alain towards her, but my sense of splitting the party got hold of me. I still wouldn't of been able to overrun her though. Vengeance!

Anyway, I am struggling with Donahan's attacks with regards to Full Attack.

Specs w/o Fervor: bite +8 (1d4+5), 2 hooves +3 (1d6+2)

Would I roll those twice in a full round? It has been over ten years since I played a character with natural attacks so my memory's fuzzy. And I gotta go start my day. But I'll keep looking later. Feel free to roll for me @GM if you find it and wanna move things along.

Blessings of Fervor gives one extra attack with the highest BAB, so there would be two bites and 2 hooves. I'll wait to see if Metalwhiz moves before attacking though, since Donahan is currently taking squeezing penalties.
