Toad rushes the roo and flings the door back open. It suddenly slams shut on him once again. Looking back the small goblin hears a scratching on the floor as an unholy creature slowly crawls out from beneath the bed. This man definitely looks like he got less than 8 hours.

The flesh of this emaciated creature appears charred or dried, and its empty eye sockets seep trails of smoke.

"Great, more strange beings" Tenpot says, wearily. "Do you think these ones are going to attack us too?"

Tenpot Examines the nearest creature, then readies his pistol to fire should any of them act hostile toward he or his allies.

    ◆Exploit Vulnerability on yellow (3)

    Esoteric Lore to Exploit Vulnerability on Yellow (3): 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (15) + 17 = 32

◆◆Ready an action to Strike yellow if any of the fey attack or otherwise make a hostile action toward the party.

    Readied action:
    Pistol: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (14) + 16 = 30
    Piercing (concussive), Implement’s Empowerment: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (5, 2) + 6 = 13
Plus highest weakness or 5 from Exploit Vulnerability (if applicable)

    Fatal d10 on crit

    Spoiler:
    Fatal crit damage (concussive), Implement’s Empowerment: 2d10 + 6 + 2d10 + 6 + 1d10 ⇒ (9, 6) + 6 + (9, 8) + 6 + (6) = 50

↺ Ring Bell (if target of Exploit Vulnerability makes a Strike or Casts a Spell within 30 feet of me that would affect me or one of my allies):

Your implement sings out abruptly, disrupting your foe. The piece played depends on whether the trigger was a Strike or Spell, and it applies to the triggering Strike or Spell, except where noted otherwise.
  • Distracting Cacophony The trigger is a spell. You create a musical crash of sonic energy that assails the target and breaks its concentration. The target must succeed at a Fortitude save against your class DC (23 @ level 7) or become stupefied 1 for three rounds (stupefied 2 on a critical failure). The target doesn't have to attempt a flat check to avoid losing the triggering spell, but the discordant ring does lower the spell attack roll or spell DC of the triggering spell from stupefied.
  • Disrupting Harmony The trigger is a Strike. You create a strangely discordant harmony that sinks into your foe's mind and throws its movements off. The target must succeed at a Will save against your class DC (23 @ level 7) or become your choice of enfeebled 1 or clumsy 1 for three rounds (enfeebled 2 or clumsy 2 on a critical failure).

Vesperscale casts Stoneskin to protect themselves and steps into danger.

The target's skin hardens like stone. It gains resistance 5 to physical damage, except adamantine. Each time the target is hit by a bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing attack, stoneskin's duration decreases by 1 minute. (20 minute duration)
