No, your rolls are just low. I forgot to roll for Thakurs men too. I might have missed, but is the bard "buffing" with inspire courage?

No. As we are to lose to the bandits, Corba is NOT using inspire courage.

Lately, the Paizo server(s) seem to have a problem with the correct timestamps of some posts.
Maybe the internal server times are not synchronized and - depending on which server you are - the posts get different timestamps?

The fort scene was a bit confusing, I think because of the multiple scenes happening at the same time and the language barrier, but the rest was fun. It is uncommon to have a mission where you do not have to just kill all and that is refreshing!

Corgrim isn't that good at talking, but luck was on his side ( Natural 20 on untrained Intimidate, with Charisma 10, that was quite unexpected)

Thank you very much, a wonderful game. I'm even thinking of GMing this scenario IRL. The first combat encounter amused me a lot. "Careful, don't kill them, shhh." "Oh my God, it hurts me so much, I'm so hurt." "Oh, I'm sorry, I conjured it in you by accident," and so on. Very nice and refreshing.

About the chronicle. Does a third-level character get gold as the lower tier, and not as out of subtier? It seems to me that the second one is correct and there should be about 1176 gold, but you can correct me. I haven't played the first edition for a while and I may be confused.
