  • Laser Beam (Ex) As an attack, a cybernetic thyreophoran can unleash a focused ray of light from its eyes that can burn a target like the beam of a laser rifle. This ray has a range increment of 120 feet.

    With rapid speed, red closes in on Senko then shoots a freeze ray out of its eyes at Senko hitting for 5 points of damage. Hef's radiant form, however, allows him to avoid getting hit!

    After relaying information about these cyber-dinos' capabilities (being sure to point out the electric vulnerability), Senko splits up to avoid more line attacks, drops his sonic pistol, draws his static arc pistol, and fires once at Red.

    The denizens of the Dimension of Time fade away as they are slain, only for another rift to open nearby. Numerous dinosaurs charge through the rift, advanced cybernetic augmentations visible on their bodies.

    Cavaler fires away and hits orange for an impressive 17 points of damage!!

    Senko fires his pistol at red and little electric arc shoot across its body as it obviously takes a bit more damage than normal from the attack - 22 points in fact!

    Senko's next attack also hits, dealing another 22 points of damage!!

    Terminatrix lands a horrific blow on orange for 36 points of damage!!

    Hef throws his beatiful axe but unfortunately it *plinks* off the dinosaur's thick hide, dealing no damage this time!

    As blue glides away from Staar, she gets an attack in, damage blue for 17 points!!

    As Staar closes in on blue, the pterosaur is ready this time and attacks Staar as she draws in close, dealing 13 points of damage to Staar!

    Cavaler, grins as his wall of vines absorbs the freeze ray. He then fires on the pterodactyl flying around Starr. The entangling fusion on his rocket rifle activates, magically enhancing the mini rocket he launches at the dino as it circles the lashunta. entangling fusion

    Cavaler's shot misses blue but it does a fantastic job of entangling a pillar!

    Kai shoots his pistol at blue, landing a hit that causes the pterosaur to come crashing down to the ground!! The electrical attack certainly proved extra effective!!

    Kai shoots at the big orange dino and again, the electrical attack proves extra effective, bringing down the big guy!!!

    Kai then shoots at the remaining dino, the red pterosaur!! Predictably, the electric does more damange to these poor dinobots and red also goes diving into the ground and stop moving!

    Kai! Way to kill steal them all!

    With a shriek, the last dinosaur collapses to the floor. The reprieve is short-lived, as another rift opens near the chamber’s sharply angled walls. Crawling through the rift are bizarrely‑proportioned, emaciated quadrupeds, their sharp teeth dripping with dark saliva. “Almost there!” Felise shouts. “Just hold them off!”

    Hmmm... Well, that temporal fluctuation condition came at just the right time! It has restored everyone's SP! And so everyone is pretty much back at full.

    A rift from the Dimension of Time itself, opens up and in steps a Hound of Tindalos that Senko had previously already identified, as well as what appears to be a smaller hound! They don't look happy to see all of you because they... ATTACK!!!

    Before anyone can do anything, OH NO!!! Another temporal rift opens up! What now?? But looking through the rift, you see agents of the Pathfinder Society!! Huzzah!! They unleash fire arrows at the hound of Tindalos, hitting it twice for a total of 4d8 ⇒ (6, 3, 5, 6) = 20 damage!

  • Otherworldly Mind (Ex) Any creature that uses a mind-affecting effect on a pup of Tindalos or communicates with it telepathically must attempt a DC 15 Will save. A creature that fails takes 2d8 damage and becomes confused for 1 round. This is a mind-affecting effect
  • Angled Entry (Sp) A pup of Tindalos can use dimension door or plane shift only when adjacent to a fixed angle in the physical environment. Temporary angles are insufficient, as are angles that also include curves.
  • Unlike the full grown hound of Tindalos, the small lil pup of Tindalos is quite cute! It'll still bite your head off but in a cute way!

    Cavaler, rushes forward to within 30' of the hound. As he does so he takes a hand off his rocket rifle and draws a spell gem. He unleashes its mystical energy and attacks the very soul of the hound. soul surge

    Cavaler, takes 6 HP damage from casting this spell. The Get 'Em bonus from Terminatrix's attack should be doubled and I don't think Hef added the Get 'Em bonus to his action.

    The hound is wary of Kai, whose tricky attack is not quite cunning enough. Still, his sonic attack seems to hurt the creature.

    Kai feels the pain of the creatues gaze, but grits his teeth and masters it.

    Star goes on the full attack, also suffering from the dogs piercing eyes.

    The mist within the Eternity Arch clears, as the time dimensional is shunted away and replaced by the transparent figure of a dragonkin clad in an explorer’s outfit. “I’ve attuned it!” Felise cries, her face lighting up. “The Arch is stabilized!” As the dragonkin figure within the Eternity Arch grows more substantial, Felise reaches toward her, tears streaming down her face. “Heraxia! Is it really you?” She cries.

    “Felise!” The dragonkin reaches out, but as their hands near one another, Heraxia’s flickers, fading into insubstantial mist once more. “So, you’ve been investigating the Arch too?” Heraxia looks over the Starfinders assembled around the room, blinking back tears. “I see you’ve been getting some assistance as well. The Pathfinders have been helping me try to return home from here, but...”

    Felise examines the archway for a moment and frowns, quickly sobering. “It’s not strong enough, is it? It’s completely attuned to your time, but you’re still wavering.”

    “I can’t step through,” Heraxia says. “This time keeps pulling at me, holding me here. But I think I have a solution. The Pathfinders will put me into stasis by sealing me in a chamber within the ruins. Look for the secret door at the back of this room, behind the Eternity Arch.” Her voice grows fainter as she speaks. “I’ll...be waiting...for you...”

    As Heraxia disappears, the Arch’s glow fades, the symbols carved on it freezing in place. Felise turns back to the Starfinders, drawing herself up to her full height. She takes a deep breath, then says, “Well, let’s go have a look.” After a careful inspection of the chamber’s back wall, she presses a panel, and the wall swivels open to reveal an ovular vault built of smooth red stone devoid of any edges or angles. A sealed metal and glass sarcophagus stands at its center.

    Felise hurries over and, examining the pod’s controls, then quickly adjusts a few dials. The pod slides open with a hiss, revealing Heraxia’s sleeping form. As Felise reaches for her hand, the dragonkin’s eyes open. “At last,” Heraxia murmurs, taking Felise’s hand.

    “At last,” Felise echoes, beaming. Through her tears of joy, she glances back at the Starfinders. “We are together again. We can’t thank you enough for your help. If you ever need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to call on us.”
