I am still working through the Special and building the reporting tracker so if any of you have the Special already and would like to help build the aps and Tokens please feel free to do so. The links in the Gameplay thread are editable.
Ah, so we can edit the Maps slide if it is to help build it?
Correct you can edit it to help build the Maps. That comment about making a copy on the front page is mainly so someone doesn't use the Master Copy for their game.

The special just dropped for me. That was quick!
I'll be fairly tied up over the next 5 days or so but will have a bit of bandwidth after that. If help is still needed on maps and tokens after that, I'll pitch in as well.

Because it was quick, I did an extract of all the images from the 5-8 PDF and placed them after the "Tier 5-8" slide. They're not yet labeled, ordered, cropped or arranged nicely. But figure I'd put them up there first in case someone else has time to do so before I do.
Otherwise, I'll revisit them next week!

I've finished putting together the map deck and tokens for tier 5-8.
The slides I've put together on the map deck starts at slide 18. I've changed a few things around, stylistically. I hope that's okay.
I didn't touch the map slides 1-17, which are the slides for tier 1-4. I also didn't put together tokens for tier 1-4. Can someone else take care of putting tier 1-4 maps and tokens together? I assume it is mostly the same as tier 5-8.
By the way, if someone else has a better image for the Lore Guardian or Pterosaur, please go ahead and replace what I put in there. I couldn't find anything much better amongst the images I have.
I did a quick scan through the tier 1-4 scenario and it seems the only difference are drift motes instead of drift dead in Part 3's wave 2. So I've added drift motes to the token slides and to map slide #45.
I think this pretty much covers what's needed for all tiers - unless I made a mistake somewhere along the way.

Indeed, thank your for all the work Bigboom. I am nearly done with the tracker and the remainder of the posts.
The player count is looking pretty good. I think we are going to fill all tables as we get closer to the start time.
Looking ahead, I anticipate having to head out on a trip from April 13 on, so will likely need backup GM support from that point through to the end of the special.
Aerondor, I've put my request into the backup calendar for now, but will reach out again when closer to the travel dates and my timing is confirmed. Thank you!!!
Alright Success tracking and reporting forms are now linked at the top of the page. Please begin getting you players to their tables so that we cna begin right on time.
Also here is a link to the successes from the PFS 2E table that will affect out Special.
Just a note to everyone.
The map slides I prepared start from slide 19 and on. Even though those are marked as tier 5-8, they can be used for all tiers, including tier 1-4.
I didn't delete slides 1-18 because I didn't create those and I didn't want to delete someone else's work. Happy gaming!
So at my tier 7-8 table, I have a player that just realized that the character they were planning to play had leveled out and their only other character is a level 6.
Do I allow the level 6 at my tier 7-8 table?
As the tier range on the scenario is 5-8 I don't see why not. Looking over the list even with a level 6, 3x level 7 and 2x level 8 you will still be at APL 7. Now if you were to go any lower that is where you may run into an issue as the APL for that party could dip below 7-8 tier range.

On the rewards for Interviewing the locals at Tier 5-8, it looks like there is a mistake in the rewards for Hard.
Average The PCs hear the tales listed in the Easy reward. Some of the locals take an interest in the PCs' investigations and gift them each a brown nanite hypopen that must be used during this adventure. A PC can use a brown nanite hypopen as a standard action on themselves or a willing or unconscious living creature to grant the benefits of lesser remove condition (Starfinder Armory 106).
Hard The PCs hear the tales listed in the Easy reward. Some of the locals take an interest in the PCs' investigations and gift them each a brown nanite hypopen that must be used during this adventure. A PC can use purple nanite hypopen as a standard action on themselves or a willing or unconscious living creature to grant the benefits of remove condition (Starfinder Armory 106).
Note that Hard gives the same sort of hypopen, but then mentions being able to use a better one as a standard action.
Should they be given a purple nanite hypopen if they get the Hard reward?

Hey fellow GMs, before sending your groups to Singing Pillars, check to see if the characters or their hirelings have Mysticism. Groups with no Mysticism will find that Mysticism is a bit of a choke point on this puzzle, meaning that it will take much longer for them to solve the puzzle.
Contrariwise, a group with excellent Mysticism and Comprehend Languages can solve this puzzle very quickly, earning the special a quick success. If you want to copy the text that Bret used (and that I then copied myself) for instructions that could be fine too.
D'oh! I forgot there WERE token slides somewhere. I just copy pasted the picture of the monster off the slide deck.
