Retcon - Missed the AoO post
As Octagon moves in to set up a flank with Circle, Zaighar lashes out with his meteor hammer, catching Octagon in the shoulder.
End Retcon
Zaighar's first strike catches Octagon in the chest, breaking bones. Miraculously, Octagon remains standing, but not for much longer as Zaighar's follow-up crushes his skull. Expressing his his displeasure at Circle's actions, Zaighar glares at him. Circle practically wilts under the glare.
Meanwhile, Sunshine and Upuan ride to Toasty!'s rescue and provide much needed healing.

The action I made is actually Battle Medicine. I should have put 'Battle Medicine' in the skill check instead of 'Treat Wounds'. I'm sorry for the confusion.

Sensing the primal energy boosting Abebe's attacks is waning, Melokuhle channels more of it into his companion.
Extend Boost (0), Boost Eidolon (1)
extend boost: nature, DC15: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 Boost Eidolon last 3 rds.
Then with a quick word of power, he transforms some of that energy into a protective shield for Abebe.

What now, Pathfinders?

"Hmph. Nobody left to question," Zaighar growls. "Time to search for the museum's crates. See if we can find any clues about what this was about. Seems elaborate for a mere heist."

![]() |

There must be the mushrooms here as people said. We have to find them to give them back to the Museum. So the curator will be please to make an omelet with the mushrooms for sure.

![]() |

Sunshine mounts back to Upuan and begins to search as well, going deeper in the building. ”Maybe the relics we are looking for are here.”
Perception +7

![]() |

Just a reminder, Sunshine and Vilmur are pretty much blind at this point since neither one has darkvision. Melokuhle is standing outside so he's unaffected at the moment... :)

![]() |

Toasty! examines the room for extra flammables.
Well the entire room (except the fireplace and chimney) is made of wood and therefore flammable :)

![]() |

Well enough people with darkvision said they searched the room for the relics. So I let them proceed.

![]() |

Those with darkvision head deeper into the building and search for the relics. In the back room, you find numerous valuable objects and assorted documents lying in heaps on top of two large tables in this elevated room. The items include assorted art objects such as statuettes, ceremonial weapons, and jewelry, as well as a few precious stones.
Most of the items are mundane, and some of them are fake objects crafted to resemble items from ancient Iobaria.
A few of the items possess some sort of latent curse, though it is unclear what the curse might do or why it is not currently active.
The rest of the party stands outside and talk about mushrooms...

![]() |

Well a few of the items possess some sort of latent curse, though it is unclear what the curse might do or why it is not currently active.

Sunshine follows the others and looks at what they find. ”Can't recognize them. Anyone with some light that can shed here?”

![]() |

As his companions can't do it by themself, the mad man casts a light (from his wayfinder) on his dagger to explore the room as well.
Finally he inspects the items found.
Crafting: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20
Pouah, most of these items are mundane, and some of them are fake objects crafted to resemble items from ancient Iobaria. The Museum shows fake items. I won't give them mushrooms.

![]() |

"And I note that there are no mushrooms present," Zaighar grumbles and then searches the thieves. "Has anyone found anything to explain the theft beside greed?"

![]() |

The man hears the whispers...
What? These thieves have eaten all the mushrooms indeed! Baba Yaga should punish them again. They are dead but that's not a reason. They have eaten the mushrooms!!! What are we saying to the Museum now? They won't get the mushrooms for their event. And as all the items are only fake the mushrooms were the crone of the event for sure. When I told you to hurry up to save the mushrooms...
Further: Something to explain the theft? Because they wanted to eat on omelet with the mushrooms. That's easy to understand, isn't it?

The assorted documents include detailed tactical information on the Pathfinder Society’s lodges in Andoran, Cheliax, Osirion, Qadira, and Taldor, as well as the Grand Lodge itself, such as guard rotation schedules, pass phrases, entrances and exits, room dimensions, unusual features, dossiers on the lodges’ leaders, and timelines of recent events in those locales.
All that's left is to report back to the Museum or the Grand Lodge in any order.
At the Grand Lodge, Ambrus Valsin listens to your report. He believes that the Onyx Alliance learned of the shipment, stole it with the help of powerful enchantment magic to manipulate the crew and dockworkers, and then prepared to replace the goods with their cursed items in hopes of setting off some kind of disaster at the Blakros Museum. He ponders why the Onyx Alliance is suddenly lashing out at the Blakros Museum and the Society. Whatever the cause, he suspects their attack ties in with the similar disruptive events occurring at lodges across the Inner Sea, and the presence of detailed information on the lodges is only further proof that the Onyx Alliance is coordinating these attacks.
"Steel yourselves for missions ahead. I hope to send you to the lodges under threat!"
Seshuun is glad that you found some of the relics, though she is disturbed by what happened.
"I find it upsetting that the Onyx Alliance was able to get the drop on the Sixwing Drake's crew. They're veteran Pathfinders and hard to surprise. I hope the Society can find out what happened to them; and especially how the Onyx Alliance was able to do it. Although I'll be quite busy setting up a new exhibit (nobody will pay to see empty shelves, after all), I will share information if I hear anything new. I'll also be talking to my bosses about the Onyx Alliance. That group has a history with the Blakros Family."
Thanks for playing all! If there are no changes to the chronicles, I'll report the game in 24h or so.
