Iron Gods: Iron maps;

Rhoreen thinks about reading the walls, but though the words might have translation, the true meaning is alien and will require considerable time of study to make some sense out of it.

Zzvkgrogk takes the first Neh-Thalggu by surprise, his laser burning badly on the skin of the alien.

Hyrsek attempts to capitalize on the surprise as well but striding on the pool is too slow. Instead of a full move he consumes a potion and turns invisible before moving a bit forward.

The Neh-Thalggu retaliates with a lightning bolt that hits both the huntress and Rūha.

She starts offering Advice to the party on combating these foes they've already faced several times before, as well as a couple quick tips on moving quickly in this harsh environment. Haste 1/11: You realize that you might be the unknowing recipient of some unkind thoughts from someone very much like Rhoreen if you don’t get your ass in gear and kill the people who are annoying Rhor. You get +1 to your attacks, a bit more speed, and an extra angry attack if you do such things. You know the deal: don’t disappoint Rhor.

And then he returns the favor.

The party strengthens their resolve to keep moving in front of the alien boss and they do succeed.

Rūha boosts the party and focuses her mystic power delivering a powerful fan of fire.

The black one seems to resist the powerful blast but the first creature is badly burn on the fire. The red one ducks against the wall but still the many wounds from arrows and fire makes it collapse to the water.

A pea of fire flies through the cavern to the spot designated by Rhoreen where it explodes filling the chamber with flames!

The blue alien nearly dies on the conflagration, while other seems to just ignore the magic and two end partially burn, including Dweller-In-Dark-Places!

Yambul advances himself, offering the final blow on the blue alien. The Neh-Thalggu collapses, cut in half.

I think this is the first time I've dropped someone directly since getting the ability, but when blue goes down, Yambul has a chance to demoralize every enemy within 30'. I rolled a 30 on my intimidate.

The Neh-Thalggu shiver in respect for Yambul's chainsaw gore but the Dweller looks unimpressed.

After Zzvkgrogk mishap with the gun, he puts two laser beams on the air, one of them hitting on target for first burn on the alien.

Hyrsek invisibly moves through the battlefield, preparing for a good attack.

Khalia does something heroic!

Your attempts are futile the Dweller-In-Dark-Places communicate through telepathy just as a black ray comes out of one of its tentacles in Yambul's direction.

Iron Gods: Iron maps;

Yambul shows his fortitude enduring the terrible disintegrate!

Khalia on the other side, shows dexterity avoiding the bolt and putting so many arrows on green it quickly collapses to the ground before she turns shooting two mortal arrows through the two eyes of black. The alien dies on the spot as the arrows touch very vital points. She even has time for a couple gifts on the remaining Neh-Thalggu.

Rhoreen almost finishes the job with her burst of fire, but she is not able to pierce through the Dweller resistance and the yellow emerges alive, barely, but alive.
