Bella pulls out another ghost charge vial and chucks it at the swarm. She misses the swarm but enough of the content splash onto them that some of the leshy zombies sizzle.

Nicole has better aim as she hurls a pair of ghost charge vials at the horde. One lands right in the middle of the horde while the other misses. Either way, Nicole's attack further reduces the size of the horde as more leshies get vaporized.

He leads you to to an unassuming residence where an underground chamber exists.

The chamber beneath the secret hatch is cold and damp. A leshy, one that seems to be a clump of green stems and leaves growing from a central, gray, dead trunk stands prepared in the center of the chamber. She narrows her glowing red eyes before hissing, "I don’t know who sent you meddlers, but the Whispering Way owns this place. Providing this fertile ground for Tar-Baphon’s conquest over this pathetic country will cement my rise in the ranks. Perhaps I shall have you join those ranks. Your corpses at least."

Salissa is a posting ninja... I deleted the last update just to consolidate the 2 updates...

Nicole chucks a pair of ghost charge vials at Blue and White. She hits White but both get splashed.

Salissa hurls some positive energy at Yellow which hits. She then follows up with a barrage of wooden spikes that catch all four monsters. Red and Yellow manage to evade but the rest fail to do so.

One Rose Witch is within sight, and Bella's cold iron dagger finds purchase. It doesn't bleed as much as she thought it would. Maybe she protected herself against cold iron weapons.

Slimer creeps back and wallops the leshy vampire. However, the smack doesn't appear to do much damage. Whatever damage is done quickly heals.
Eddie moves up and Toady gives Salissa some much needed guidance.

Claw vs Salissa AC 24: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (5) + 17 = 22 for Slashing: 1d6 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16 but the nagaji ducks out of the way in time.

Yellow then stares at Salissa.

There doesn't appear to be a way to stop it from healing other than do as much damage as you possibly can to keep it at bay.

Vardarel decides it is time to increase the damage that Nicole and Bella do. He casts Infuse Vitality so their weapons will be more effective.
I believe it should work on Alchemical Bombs since they are weapons you Strike with. If you disagree, have Vardarel cast it on Bella and himself. I know it works on bows.

Then he tries to strike again with the magical bow he previously summoned. It once again misses.

Salissa overcomes the Vampire's attempts to control her. She then hurls another set of stakes at it, the second one impaling it.

Vardarel infuses Nicole and Bella with positive energy. His spiritual attack, however, again falls short.

Bella gets out of the way and slams a ghost charge bomb right on its head. The vampire yells in pain as the positive energy coats it. Slimer wallops it again but doesn't appear to do any damage. Eddie follows up with some positive goodness though Yellow manages to tough it out. Nicole follows with another pair of ghost charge bombs. Her second bomb hits and Yellow screams in pain.

Yellow's wounds close and it again lashes out at Bella, Salissa: 1d2 ⇒ 1
