Assuming Kip and Tagagashi make it out of the danger zone without being crushed...
You know what Tag? Can I call you that by the way? I think the doors look like a mighty fine way to go. Yes sir I do.
Kip motions and Mr Bigglesworth floats across the room and back into the hallway before sliding silently up to the door(s).
That should help make searching for traps or picking locks a little easier huh? I mean not for me, I'm not good at picking locks. Or noticing traps either I guess. Maybe Suki should have a look?

Thanks to Bamur's keen eye and dwarven heritage, both Tagagashi and Kip leap to safety and avoid setting off the trap, much to the goblins dismay. Deciding that it's not worth pursuing anything through the identified trap, the party organizes to approach the doors at the end of the hall ...
Suki, since the light loved your map is al little weird this time. You are in H, 13 currently.

Suki creeps up to the door with about as much sound as a feather falling to the floor; she takes care and checks the door thoroughly for traps. Finding none, she contemplates waving the 'all clear' to the others but, instead, takes another moment to find that the door is currently unlocked ... Is that snoring?
Zoogore Uhzool |
Zoogore takes out his scythe and dashes into the room with excitement in his eyes, ready for combat. I'M READY FOR COMBAT, MASTER YUMIO!! As he smirks intensely griping he's scythe with force! THIS IS WHAT IV'E BEEN WAITING FOR! A BATTLE THAT CAN SATISFY MY THIRST FOR BLOOD! You could see the blood lust emanating from his body and he grinds his teeth.

Suki steps clear of the two as they proceeded to 'open the door'. Splinters fly as one door slaps against a wall, staying there, and the other flies free of it's rotted hinges, clattering into a rubble pile nearby. The two blade wielders land, at nearly the same moment, just inside the room. As the dust blows clear they can see both immediate threats; a look of confusion quickly passes across both their expressions. One of the two goblins stationed here has fallen asleep on his half-eaten plate of food. The other goblin passes the time by putting small pieces of food in her slumbering mate’s ears, creating a culinary work of art (by goblin standards). The artist hears you suddenly enter the room and jumps back reaching for her bow, the other continues to snore Zzzzz...

The hallway is kept clear by the ninja while the party collects, headed into the room beyond the ruined doors. The dwarf plants himself at his end of the hallway, with a 'go ahead and try to get past me' look on his face, as he watches the last few seconds of the battle unfold.
Kip, moving in, lines himself up with a clear shot, under the table, and lets 'er rip! the dazed archer flinches as the bolt buries its first third into the creatures abdomen but leaves the foe still standing.
The samurai's blade sweep, however, does not. Howling as it rips through the air, the blade strikes true and the beheaded body hits the floor, seconds before it's severed head does.
End Of Combat!
Wishing for more targets to spread around, Zoogore heads around the table, and past the cleric, to post a watch over the only other door in the room.(2 x MA to P, 16)
Seeing several doors ahead of the dwarven sentry, Suki makes use of Mr. B's new position and starts down the hall. As she passes Bamur's position she can start to hear both a muffled sobbing and the tones of a conversation. Neither sound is loud but she can tell that the sounds are from different directions ...
As the dust settles after the battle, you look the room over and notice an old, faded tapestry(NE corner of O, 18) that is moving too much to be against a flat wall ...
Bamur Brightforge |
Bamur watches as Suki moves down the corridor. He wants to follow her, in case something happens, but keeps his distance for now as he knows he is not very quiet when he moves. He instead sets himself to charge down the hallway should she need assistance.
Mythandor Arathorn |
Mythandor is just about to search the two goblins when the tapestry on the far wall catches his attention. The wizard gets everyone's attention with a low short whistle and then motions to the tapestry, raising his sword in a defensive stance. He nods at Tagagashi to investigate. Carefull, he adds very quietly.

Tagagashi
Tagagashi nods back to Mythandor, and gracefully jumps off of the table, landing like a cat, and quiet as a mouse. He slowly stalks over to the tapestry with his shield raised in front of him. Following a soundless slice, the bottom three quarters of the tapestry hits the ground, sending a small wave of dust over the floor.

With the party spreading out to cover their position, Tagagashi takes Mythandor's lead and gracefully dismounts the table and moves in to investigate the tapestry in question. A precise slice drops most of the decoration to the floor, kicking up a small plume of dust as it piles up. Before the dust can reach the samurai's boots, a goblin launches at him with a savage slash of his weapon GAAAH!!! ...

... sadly the goblin's aggression costs him his accuracy and his attack is easily deflected by his challengers shield.
Meanwhile, halfway down the corridor and under Bamur's careful watch, Suki creeps up to a door in the north wall and listens closely ...
As you turn your ear to the door, and focus, you can tell that the sobbing is definitely coming from the other side of this door and it's about 10' away. The conversation, however, is not. Concentrating a moment longer, you discern that the source is likely young and female.

The swordsman chuckles at the goblin's sad attempts to land a blow, as he recognizes it to be the one who so politely left a trail of his own blood for us to follow. At last! You can't escape your fate! Tagagashi confidently drops his shield, and grips the hilt of his blade with both hands.

Unfazed by the miss of his own attack, the samurai readies himself to try again.
Suki Yumio |
As Suki presses her ear against the door while checking if its locked, she can hear the sounds of sobbing not far away. Not exactly what she was hoping to hear, she quietly steps away from the door and heads to the south one. She steps up to the other door and notices Bamur keeping guard at the end of the hall. The ninja raises a finger to her lips as she tries to listen for noise behind the door.

Others hold their positions, letting the fighter finish up, on alert for need of them. Bamur, especially, keeps a trained eye on his charge as she moves to the door in the southern wall of the corridor, pressing close and holding perfectly still.
Before moving to the second door you try the handle of the first, finding it locked.
Pressing up to the Southern door you are certain that the conversation you can't understand is directly behind this door!
Scarcely breathing, the rogue signals for silence back to the dwarf...
