Eyes wide and nostrils flaring, the dwarf pulls his undirtied hammer back, cocking it for another attempt at first blood from the three dirty gobbies before him. Meanwhile, the casters, Kip and Mythandor, each capture their victim as Kip clearly enjoys the results of their spells. Seeing the archers both entranced, Suki lands at a point between them, intending to prevent any more arrows from being loosed, but tilts off balance and misses her target. Tagagashi holds his ground blocking the doorway behind the party, halting the flank but landing no attack, as Zoogore takes a quick slash at a passing target, missing his mark as well.
Zoogore's eyes shift focus. The Red one. Shifting his stance as he regrips the murderous blade, the giant half-orc tears his scythe in an upward arc, the blade whistling as it cleaves the air, gaining momentum. With the sound of tearing wet fabric, the blade of the weapon barely slows down as it passes through the goblin, entering from the outside of it's left thigh and exiting through the top of it's separated skull. Before the two pieces of meat can hit the floor, the wall and a good portion of the ceiling are covered as a geyser of blood and skull fragments rain down.

Bamur quickly adjusts to a new target and crushes it's head to paste in a single stroke of his hammer. Enjoying how the crushing blow feels, he glances around the immediate area for another target. Seeing Suki holding her own against the last immediate foe, he quickly moves to put the goblin between her and himself. Taking a quick step to the side, Suki takes advantage of Bamur distracting her foe and she drives her blade in deep, nearly impaling the heart she was aiming for.
Trying to give the advantage to his companions involved in the other sisde of the battle, Kip continues to try and immobilize his opponents, not managing to catch the commando this time. Seeing the damage Tagagashi endured, Mythandor launches into the room, easily avoiding his opponents reach and landing in striking range of the dog but his slash misses it's intended target. Before the blow even hit, Tagagashi already knew Zoogore wasn't going to be ready for it. However, he had no clue it would result in this. Suddenly the samurai's mind was clouded with nothing but one goal; to kill this last enemy. Tagagashi could hear people talking but none of it registered as he slowly moved behind the goblin. I can't contribute nothing to this fight, especially now. This has to be it... The swordsman, now in position behind the Commando, tightly grips the hilt of his blade, raising it far above his head, feeling every scratch and engraving on it. Deciding he'll not be leaving this place without finishing off the little bastard, the cleric swivels and charges to the sound of his name being called from the northwest tower. Suki, however, tucks in and waits patiently for another target, providing safety for the cleric to do his work.
In that northwest tower, the remainder of the party deals with the commando and and injured or fallen companions. Both Kip and Mythandor cast to buy their party a few precious moments to deal with the most urgent situation, the fallen half-orc. After casting, the wizard moves in to protect Zoogore's body while giving Tagagashi's target a second threat to deal with. The samurai takes advantage of this and carves a deep gash across the crown of the goblins head but, somehow, the commando remains standing in spite of the damage.

Please heal these mighty warriors that they may continue to do your work! Re-forge their bodies, minds and souls upon your holy anvil! Re-kindle the fire within them! Mythandor steps into the room Suki is in and replies, Goblin and dog are taken care of. Zoogore took a hard hit, as did your brother, but Bamur is tending to them. Looking at the two dead goblins, he asks, Where did the third one go?

Suki continues her watch, to make sure they are not snuck up on, while her companions finish the business in the small room.
Bamur rushes into that small room, weapons sheathed or left behind, to deliver a brutal armored fist into the commandos face. Teeth fly but the foe manages to keep on it's feet, still swaying ever so slightly. Mythandor's blade and the bolt, fired from Kip's crossbow, both go wide in different directions but Tagagashi's does not; his accurate slice ends both this foe and the battle. It's not until a few moments pass, as the samurai sheaths his sword, that a thin red line forms to mark the blades path and the commando's head slides back, dropping to the floor a split second before the headless body follows.
As adrenaline starts to wear off, the focus shifts to attending the wounds suffered in the battle.
END OF COMBAT!
For the time being, combat is over. You are free to post in any order now but straying too far from the party may result in exposing more of the map than you might want to alone. I highly recommend communication, amongst yourselves, before movement.
Also, don't forget, for the entire first level you guys have an invisible traveling merchant following 5' behind the party, waiting to sell you anything you need at a moments notice..... as long as you have the gold pieces to cover the cost.

Bamur Brightforge |

With his companions tended to, Bamur starts rummaging through the goblin's belongings. He casts a spell to detect magical auras as well.
Let's hope this little bugger has some healing potions on him.
Once that is complete, the cleric suggests they re-join Mythandor and Suki. We don't want to give the gobbies too much time to prepare for us.
He steps out into the hall and calls softly for Kip to follow as he picks up his hammer and moves in the direction of the wizard and ninja.

Kiþ Bendybrook |

Kip emerges from the shadows and tails the trio as they move to rendezvous with the others. Come on Mr. Biggleworth. You need to light the way for some of us! Mr. Bigglesworth moves across the room and beyond the far archway in response to the halflings direction. (to F,15)
Kip makes sure to keep checking behind them as they go, as he dashes from shadow to shadow, cover to cover, seemingly disappearing from sight each time. (repeated stealth checks at +13 every time he stops)

I'm just doing a quick post here, both to reply to a couple posts I missed and to update the map as Mr. Bigglesworth has moved and half the characters will have a much better view of the area for their posts. Everything else stays the same; Zoogore, Tagagashi and Suki to post and then it's the GM's post.
As Bamur gets everyone looking after different tasks, he sets to healing both Tagagashi and, definitely requiring the most aid this battle, Zoogore. The cleric reaches out to His god, Torag , making 3 prayers and is blessed with an impressive display, repairing the damages done to his companions. His heavy work done for the moment the dwarf takes a look, both physically and magically, for spoils of battle and is rewarded with a vial besides the more mundane armor and weapons.(Horsechopper, shortbow, 20 x arrows and +3 studded leather armor)
Kip moves back into the foyer and melts into the shadows, keeping an eye on the small hidey-hole into the rubble pile. As the party starts to gather in the larger room, he sends Mr. Bigglesworth in and follows in the dark recesses, a measured distance behind.
The wizard ensures no defeated opponents will be getting back up before he turns his attentions to the vanquished foes in the larger room. He scans, with a magically trained eye, but unfortunately no auras presented themselves; not terribly surprised, Mythandor continues to inspect the vial he obtained from the commando inside the entrance and identifies it as a healing elixir (Potion of Cure Moderate Wounds). He waits for the rest to gather while he speaks with Suki.
Tagagashi's map is a little weird in this one as the light source moved and you do not have dark vision. Keep in mind you are currently standing at location ( C, 6)

Bamur Brightforge |

Bamur attempts to identify the contents of the vial he found...
spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
...without any luck.
Hey Mythandor, can you figure out what this is? he says passing him the second vial on his way to standing beside Suki. (Move to G,13)

Tagagashi Yumio |

Tagagashi chuckles at Bamur's remark and claps him on the back as walks by. Thank you Mr. Brightforge, that was a tough little gobbie back there, wasn't it? I honestly didn't know if I was going to make it out of that tower.
(Starts Moving To H-12)
I'll have to give my thanks to Kip next time I see him. Approaching his sister, the samurai weighs in on her conversation with the wizard. I think that it would be wise to finish off that goblin before we do anything else in here. Turning to look into the darkness, Tagagashi steps in a pool of blood, and sees that there's a trail. He's even marked his path for us.

Examining the second vial, from Bamur, the wizard swirls the dull grey contents, concentrating on the motion of the fluid. Slowly, the grey becomes green but still he hold focus; about to break concentration, the fluid starts to glow and emit it's own light. That's when Mythandor realizes that it matches the first vial he discovered earlier.

Zoogore picks himself up and stands solidly; not being able to identify, but feeling, the energy from the dwarven cleric's channeling of Torag's favor. As he breathes deep and looks around he sees the pool of blood where he laid moments ago and knows right away what had happened. As he straightens his gear, and replaces his weapons in their proper holsters, his memories flood back and he remembers the details. He joins the others in the main room, thanking them as a whole for his being returned to excellent physical condition.
As the group gathers and begin to discuss their options for going forward, there is a second potion revealed and added to the parties supply. Appreciation and thanks are exchanged as the plans start to take shape; already a trail is discovered and strong feelings show for finishing off enemies previously wounded ...

Bamur Brightforge |

Bamur slips the vial into his gear before peaking around the corner and looking to the right to see what is to the south. You said the gobby was leaking? Bamur then looks to the floor to see if he can see a trail of blood.

GM Unsouled |

This should have been part of my last post...
The party is now collected on the east side of the large room. This large foyer seems to have been the main tower entrance, but the grand doorway leading outside is now a broken mass of glass rubble. Crumbling archways lead to the east and west and with Mr. Bigglesworth's help, the party can see in a few directions. To the northeast is a tower, like the one Zoogore just came from, but it is in worse shape as the door has clearly been destroyed long ago. The portion of the room that is visible so far seems to be clear of most garbage or debris and as far as anyone can see, this seems to be the way the trail of blood leads. To the south leads a rubble filled corridor, roughly twenty five feet long, ending in a closed set of double wooden doors.

Bamur Perception vs DC 20: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20

No offense Master Tagagashi, but I'm much sneakier without you following at my coat tails, the diminutive sorcerer says with a grin. I promise, I'm only going to take a look. If I see any goblins you will be the first to know. I'm not that good with doors so I just want to make sure that this way is safe and...
