Recruiting for SFS 1-34 Heart of the Foe

One seat is reserved. Preference then to be given to those that played at my table of Treading History's Folly (Aravon, Ceolor, Iris, Stiehle Darkwing, and Yarameh). If they don't take the seats, I'll give next preference to those that need the scenario to complete their Scoured Star Segments, and then those new to PBP.

This is a tier 3-6 scenario with the Second Seekers (Jadnura) and Second Seekers (Luwazi Elsebo) tags and NO starship combat.

I'd be keen to play if you have a space. Just finishing up a scenario at the moment.

That said, I am not new to PBP and have all the scoured star segments, so totally understand your priority.

Not at that table, need the segment (ran this once upon a time) or new to PbP.

That said, if it gets through those first preferences and you still need an agent, let me know :) This is one of the few Season 1s I've yet to actually play

Hi, thanks for the invite!

This is my first PBP game, which I'm trying out in order to get the last Scoured Stars segment I need.

I intend to play Toknomonicon, my feychild gnome icon envoy (3rd level). Tokno is primarily a diplomat and musician, so Get 'Em and Inspiring Boost are his main contributions to fights.

(Because this is a jinsul-related scenario, if we need a more martial character, I'd probably play a 4th-level pregen and apply the credit to Tokno.)

Hey, Tokonomonicon, welcome.

In you character profile, in the "Race" field, please put some basic info for quick reference for everyone. Note that you MUST leave a single space character at the beginning of the line (I don't know why.) Something like this:

SP x/x HP y/y R z/z

In the classes levels line, put your defense info, again with the space at the front:

EAC yy KAC zz | F: +7, R: +13, W: +8 (Evasion) | Active conditions: none

Lastly, your class & level info goes into Gender:

Male feychild gnome Envoy 3

That'll help me a lot when I'm posting combat stuff, not having to look up your ACs and status, etc.

Ceolor and Aravon are very capable martials, and if Yarameh signs up, that'll help, too.

For those of you wondering, Tokno is the PC of the player that I had reserved a seat for in the original recruiting post.

I'm gonna give it a couple more days to see if we get word from Yarameh and Stiehle, and if not maybe one more for a 6-person party.

I'll put my name in the hat for that sixth spot - still a bit far away from completing all the Scoured Star Segments, but this will definitely help!

Having not heard from Stiehle or Yarameh, I'll go ahead and close out recruiting.

I have 7 interested. They did recently change that 7-person table no longer legal, correct? If they still are, I'm inclined to seat all 7 of you.

If not, and I have to trim one, I will ask Shokil (Aerodor) and Zoomba to hash it out. The five getting seats are:

Tokno (reserved, new to PBP)
Ceolor & Aravon (carry over from previous game)
Staar and Gammer Greenspan (need SS Segments)

I'll note that the party is 2 solarians, a vanguard, envoy and operative, and all except Tokno are high tier.

So, if Aerondor has a character that can offer some good party balance (spellcaster, biohacker, etc), they did post first, so I'd offer them the seat. If not, maybe Zoomba has something? (This scenario has a ton of skill checks. A TON!)

Note, Ceolor is more of a ranged fighter than a up close and personal martial. He can tank in a pinch but prefers to have some distance to shoot.

I’ve got a level 6 mechanic (mostly ranged, pretty skilled at non-talky stuff) and a level 4 technomancer available.

That said Aerondar, if you’ve got a good agent for this go ahead. First come first served :)

Looking at it, my character in tier is a ranged soldier with not a lot of skills, I'll give the spot to Zoomba.
