Rni's shot is right on target... but the large form of Daata makes it difficult to get a clear line of fire. And at the last minute she has to adjust to avoid hitting him, the laser deflecting off the robot.

Even with FF from trick attack, the cover penalty, which I think I've been forgetting about, bad me, makes this a miss.

The last dead starfinder tries to solve that problem for her by attempting to flatten Daata.

Are there handholds on the wall? Im curious if Moxie could use her force soles to get some elevation so that she's not providing cover to her allies. If so, she does have an unused move action. She would just drop the arc pistol after firing it so she has one hand free to hold herself up.

"Dammit...Big Jim! Please don't die!"

Breathing in feels like swallowing knives, a tell tale sign that that last slap may have broken a rib or two. Genuinely terrified, she makes a defensive retreat, stepping backwards off the platform and darting backwards away from the fight.

Moxie has Nimble Moves and force soles, so I think she could get away.

Sorry, but I think withdrawing is the best idea for Moxie at this juncture because she can lay Imp. Get 'Em down at a range of up to 120 ft and Inspiring Boost up to 60 ft., but she's not going to be able to do that if she unconscious. I still think we can win this, but I don't think we're going to need to put some distance between us and them. Unfortunately, I don't think there's any way to keep Big Jim from going down.

If I can bot Desha, I think a fog cloud would be wonderful. Unless this thing has blind sight, it would let Big Jim and Sefel withdraw safely despite the giant robots 15 foot reach, as its full concealment beyond 5 ft. And if he can get to Desha, she can use mystic cure on him. Plus, with the zombie and that machinery in the way, it might have to double move to reach us, which would be a nice little reprieve.

Desha summons a thick bank of cloud into the corridor, while Moxie pulls back.

BJ, if you wish to reconsider your action, I'm happy for you to do so.

A fog could would give a 50% miss on the AOO if Jim withdrew, better than the creatures 100% hit rate :P

Plus once he moves it's going to need to guess which square he's actually in, although I forget how pinpointing a hidden target works in Starfinder.

Mikey fires its last shot at the visible foe, then flies to its master's side. Daata replaces the battery using one from Mikey's plasma pistol, then throws his axe.

The robot rumbles forward, until it almost drives right over Sefel. It decides that it had best finish him off quickly.

They are not really zombies, but that is as good a term as any to describe them in battle.

Jim looks appreciatively at the healing but doesn't fancy re-engaging the thing in melee again just yet, so draws his pistol and takes a shot.

The shot from Big Jim bounces off the giant robots heavy armour. Buster has a little more luck, melting some of its plating.

I think Sefel has all his level 3 spells left. Maybe a nice explosive blast would speed up this robot's demise.
