Sadly, no acid flasks or anything of the sort... usually buy some early on for all my characters, but seems like I forgot.

Uoralveren, maybe you want to grab the acid from Bocke? You're in front of him, and he offered it. It's a move action to grab it from him, and then you can use your standard to ready the attack with it. Your performance requires a free action to maintain; if you delay through to the next round, you are effectively ceasing the performance as well.

Bocke and Ejtehah both ready flasks of acid.

Unless I'm instructed otherwise, I'm going to assume that readied attacks with the flasks of acid are going to trigger only if there's an unoccupied adjacent swarm square. If a PC would allow another PC to pour acid into their own square to target the swarm as well, I need specific permission for that. I'm going to assume, though, that everyone is okay receiving splash damage. Please let me know if you're not okay with that.

Round 3 (bold may act!)
Uoralveren (delay)
Indranna
Ejtehah (-2 hp, -1 str, -1 dex; readied attack)
Dimak (-5 hp)
Bocke
Mika
Leech swarm (-12 hp)

Active Effects
Ability damage: For every 2 points of damage you take to a single ability, apply a –1 penalty to skills and statistics listed with the relevant ability. If the amount of ability damage you have taken equals or exceeds your ability score, you immediately fall unconscious until the damage is less than your ability score.
Deflection aura: Allies within the 20' radius aura around Bocke gain a +2 deflection bonus to AC and combat maneuver defense.
Inspired Devotion: +1 competence bonus on attack rolls and +1 morale bonus on saving throws
Quick Reflexes: Can make one additional attack of opportunity per round.

Dimak is ok with getting some acid damage if that means the swarm will be killed fast. He hereby gives permission to the other PCs to pour acid into his square, and he will even do so with his own acid vial if needed.

Sure, I'll pick up the acid from Booke and ready an action.

Uoraveleren picks up the vial of acid from his fellow Pathfinder and readies to lob the flask. Seeing as Dimak agrees to get some acid splashed on him, Uoralveren goes ahead and lobs the flask.

Just for the record, as covered in this Discussion thread post, we determined that using acid vs. the swarm while it's in the water is being done by pouring the vial's contents onto the swarm while it's in an adjacent square. Depending on how the swarm eventually moves, that may or may not end up being a square Dimak is in, but in either case, it's not a lob; it's a pour. :)

Indranna delays

The leech swarm begins moving towards the source of blood in the water, which is you!

GM Screen:

Uoralveren Str/Con: 1d3 ⇒ 2
Ejtehah Str/Con: 1d3 ⇒ 2
Dimak Str/Con: 1d3 ⇒ 2
Mika Str/Con: 1d3 ⇒ 2

Ejtehah pours acid on the swarm as it approaches, and Uoralveren attempt to pour his flask out between he and Dimak when the swarm arrives, but the stopper catches; in wrenching it open, his wrist flips and the bulk of the acid pours out near Ejtehah. Acid from both flasks mingles with the water you all are standing in, eating into nearly all the Pathfinders' britches! Not to mention the multiple toothy bites delived by thousands of diminutive little leeches as they seek blood so they can grow into bigger leeches!

Ejtehah and Mika take 1 splash damage from Ejtehah's readied acid flask
Ejtehah takes full damage from Uoralveren's readied acid flask (due to a missed touch attack), and all other Pathfinders except Bocke take 1 splash damage from that acid flask
Uoralveren, Ejtehah, Dimak, and Mika all take 10 pts of direct damage from the swarm (reduced by DR for Dimak), and the same 4 take the listed Str/Con damage from blood drain and must make a Fortitude save vs poison

Indeed it is! I almost handwaved it after you defeated the two parents so quickly, then realized (after reviewing its stats) that it's actually the main threat here!

GM Screen:

Dimak resists the poison now roiling through his blood. Though he has difficulty getting his flask open, he only splashes himself more. Miss direction = 1, so still targets his own square; no effective change (full damage to Dimak and the swarm, 1 splash damage to Uoralveren, Ejtehah, and Mika).

Also, with a successful Heal check (long term care), Bocke or Ejtehah could accelerate the healing of the ability damage...

I was unaware of the mechanic for long term care! Bocke will absolutely do it. As I understand it, he can treat 6 at a time? Not sure if I should make one roll or one for each treatee.

Bocke wraps up most of his teammates to keep them warm. He'll volunteer to stay up the whole night to keep watch (he's okay not regaining daily powers, he's barely used his).

I think you just can Take 10 for long term care:

Taking 10 wrote:
When your character is not in immediate danger or distracted, you may choose to take 10. Instead of rolling 1d20 for the skill check, calculate your result as if you had rolled a 10. For many routine tasks, taking 10 makes them automatically successful. Distractions or threats (such as combat) make it impossible for a character to take 10. In most cases, taking 10 is purely a safety measure — you know (or expect) that an average roll will succeed but fear that a poor roll might fail, so you elect to settle for the average roll (a 10). Taking 10 is especially useful in situations where a particularly high roll wouldn’t help.

The Pathfinders retreat to the room with the bas-relief on the wall and set up a small camp in the corner away from the corpse and opposite the carving.

Under Bocke's care, most of the damage from the leech swarm is healed, but he and Indranna share an uneasy night awake tending everyone; every time either glances in the direction of the sculpture, its eyes are staring directly at them, no matter where they move within the room. That on top of the unsettling way that the walls and corners seem to shift in your peripheral vision constantly. Strange, unidentifiable scents waft across your nose periodically.

In the morning, the other Pathfinders awaken rested, and give Indranna and Bocke a couple more hours to rest up themselves. When everyone is as fresh as they can be, you set off again through the muck.

The floor here is dry when you get past the roots of the tree; a passageway leads to another door after a couple of steps.

Perception:

Bocke: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17 (+2 with heightened awareness)
Dimak: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Ejtehah: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
Indranna: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19 (darkvision 60’)
Mika: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (4) + 0 = 4
Uoralveren: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14

Nobody finds any traps on the door, so Dimak gives it a good shoulder push and shoves it open to reveal a cathedral-like hall with a vaulted ceiling supported by eight square pillars. Dominating the middle of the hall is a huge mound of undulating gray-green flesh covered with weeping scarlet boils. The entire mass stinks of a weeks-old corpse.

The ceiling is 20 feet high near the walls and rises to 30 feet at the apex. The patch of rotting gray-green flesh is roughly 20 feet in diameter and 10 feet tall, and it bears hundreds of jagged, poorly-healed scars across its misshapen flesh.

GM Screen:

Perception, solid creature: 1d20 - 10 ⇒ (11) - 10 = 1
Perception, dashed creatures: 1d20 - 10 ⇒ (15) - 10 = 5

Several creatures are currently feeding on the rotten mound's flesh; they don't appear to notice you at present, so engrossed are they in their feeding. There are two different types of creatures here, in addition to the massive mound in the middle; you may make a separate Knowledge (religion) check for each to identify them.

Initiative:

Bocke: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Ability damage: For every 2 points of damage you take to a single ability, apply a –1 penalty to skills and statistics listed with the relevant ability. If the amount of ability damage you have taken equals or exceeds your ability score, you immediately fall unconscious until the damage is less than your ability score.
Ability drain: Ability drain actually reduces the relevant ability score. Modify all skills and statistics related to that ability. This might cause you to lose skill points, hit points, and other bonuses.

Mika recognizes that there are both ghouls and festrogs feeding on the mass in the center of the room. 8 ghouls with solid borders, 5 festrogs with dashed borders. She knows that both carry nasty diseases; a ghoul's bite can infect someone with a disease that attacks the carrier's constitution and dexterity, and can turn the carrier into a ghoul if they die of the disease, while festrogs are covered in pus-filled boils that can rupture and infect someone with a disease that similarly attacks the carrier's constitution.

The only think Mika can say about the blob in the center of the room is that it too is something undead, but she's never heard of nor seen anything like it.

This is a surprise round, so it will just be the movement this round; the channel can be Mika's standard action next round.

Mika moves forward, her connection to Sarenrae already beginning to open so she can send forth a blast of the Dawnflower's positive energy at the creatures in front of you.
