It doesn't define the maneuver as a Reposition, but I agree that's the closest thing. He doesn't have Improved Reposition so I was going to have it be a full-round action but let it provoke (But I think it's OBE as I think they just killed him with a crit. Tier 1-2.)
And by RAW, a reposition maneuver doesn't cause damage. Since no one can assist them with a stabilize spell, or any healing as they're no longer visible, I'd say it doesn't cause them to de-stabilize.

Reposition draws an AoO only from the target of the maneuver.

The Baby Tier table has defeated the first 2 waves of elementals.
Scenario says they can't proceed to the next phase (The Final Confrontation) until 75% of tables have defeated the first wave of elementals. Should we hold here, or press on in the interest of time?
Also, how are we doing the stupid thing at the end of all this (pg 46) that requires everyone to roll a natural 20?

GM Ladile |

You're actually way ahead of the other tables and we need 5 tables to defeat the first wave before we can advance. So feel free to toss more elementals at them, maybe with a round or two breather in between to kill some time.
As for the Natural 20 thing at the end, I'll do the rolling for that!
______________
For those of you who have completed the encounter with Judge Heng, please continue on as normal and post here when your table has defeated their first elemental wave. GM Nomadical, which of your players got the killing blow on the second wave?
For those who haven't completed the encounter with Judge Heng, I'm going to have to move things along to keep us on track. Proceed on as normal and post here when your table has defeated their first elemental wave.
We're currently scheduled to wrap things up on Monday, October 25th.

GM Zin |

Are there backup GMs available? I'm going to be attending a wedding Saturday night (the 23rd); I'll be able to make a post first thing Sat AM before I head out, but then not again until later Sunday, and--so close to the end, especially--I don't want to leave my players hanging.

On the chronicle the "Magic Boon" states:
Before my table asks, this only affects prepared casters, yes? Spontaneous casters get diddly-squat and should pick a different boon? Or was there a clarification from someone official that it could be used for a slot instead of a prepared spell?

Sorry to be a pest. Peff asked about Boon rolls in in this post. They didn't get an answer, and I've not seen anything else about them. Do we do them?

I'm not aware of any clarifications that change this. I'll check with the other VOs but spontaneous casters may indeed be out of luck on this.

From the email for Gameday GMs:
HOW DO I TELL WHAT PLAYER BOONS WE GET?
(PFS1E Only) Have your players roll a D20, if a player is unavailable you may roll for them. Remember to roll for yourself at the same time. A 19 or 20 wins a boon. If you or a player win, do another roll for each winner.
For PFS 1E: Roll a d3 to determine which one you get.
There should be a drop-down the reporting form where you can mark who won what boons.

Went and answered on the post in question, as well.

Is the plan to still end on the 25th? Am I in the wrong encounter because my group is still working through their first elemental encounter.

GM Zin |

My table is also running slow; we're still fighting our first wave too.

This is another call for a backup GM for my table, for the next 24-36 hours. I just made my last post before I pack and head out for the wedding. I'll be back at my computer Sunday afternoon (Eastern time, USA), so should be able to handle any wrap-up.
I never heard back about this request in the first place; it would be nice if my table could be kept running in the meantime, but I should be back for the conclusion in either case.

No, everyone has been proceeding along as directed so you're good. Originally I was planning on us wrapping things up by the evening of the 25th but given the pacing at some of the tables I don't know that we'll quite make it.
BUT! That's okay. After a bit of private discussion elsewhere regarding some of the writing for this section of the special, which is rather funky, plus looking back at how things went for the previous run of this (looks like last time, the House GM moved the action to the monks immediately once the first table downed their second elemental wave and skipped the '75% of tables defeating the first wave' marker), plus checking in on each table's progress, I'm going to go ahead and move us along to the final encounter with the monks in the next little bit.
(I am currently at work tonight and so may have to start-and-stop this process, please bear with me.)
If your table has not yet reached/initiated the elemental encounter, you will skip directly to the monk encounter.
If your table is currently mid-fight with the elementals, go ahead and disappear them and begin the monk encounter.
I realize this cuts two of our six tables out of the elemental encounter altogether but hopefully it will at least give all of the tables a chance to engage in the final battle. We will run until enough monks are defeated, whether that happens on/by the 25th or a day or two later.

As I believe at least one and possibly both of our backup GMs have been swamped IRL this last little bit, I'll cover your table as best as I can.

GM Ladile |

Okay, all tables should now have a post from me pushing us into the final confrontation. When your table defeats a monk, post it here.
Monk Tally Milestones
3 Monks Total Defeated = Code White
6 Monks Total Defeated = Code Gray

I am sorry I missed this, as our fabulous House GM indicated, I am dealing with a family crisis and was not even available to read this until now. I am glad GM Ladile has you covered.

One more and that'll do it!

GM Zin |

What's the plan, now?
I've kicked off another monk combat, even though I know that Mythweavers 3-4 defeated the last one we need to defeat, just because I didn't want my players to be idle. I expected a post for Code Black this morning and am wondering how much I should devote to this current combat?

^Yep, my most usual availability is during the evening/night CST. Doing the roll-off now for the closing post:
First roll determines table in alphabetical order, second determines the individual, in (character) alphabetical order.
#1 - Blazej
#2 - Gum B
#3 - Nomadical
#4 - Redelia
#5 - shaventalz
#6 - Zin Z'arin
1d6 ⇒ 5 --> shaventalz' table
1d5 ⇒ 4 --> Looks like Longtimeteenager/Leena!

And we are done! Thank you again for GMing and thanks to GM Hawthwile & GM Numbat for being on standby as our backup GMs!
This was my first experience acting as House GM for a special and I know that it showed and looking back I can already think of a few things that I wish I had handled a bit differently. Thank you all for your patience and understanding when bumps were encountered and the wonkiness of the writing (this was the 2nd PF1e special written) reared its head - this couldn't have happened without you!
If you haven't already done so, please have your players roll for boons.
You will report your tables, including any boons won, as you would normally do for any other PbP convention game. The reporting link & event code should be in the GM email you received from Tyranius but if not, please let me know and I'll post that info here.
Backup GMs, your reporting and chronicles are slightly different from the rest - I'll PM you both with more information.

I don't seem to have that info. Checked the emails, but all they had was your profile and PFS#, a link to this thread, and a link to the signup sheet.

There should be a drop-down the reporting form where you can mark who won what boons.
WHAT ARE THE BOONS FOR PFS 1E?
The GM Boons for PFS 1E will have the choice out of 2 boons:
1. Aphorite / Ratfolk / Vishkanya
2. Ghoran / Kobold / Lupine Rougarou / Samsaran
The Player Boons for PFS 1E are:
1. Contemplative Traveler
2. Season Explorer
3. Daring Traveler
Don't forget to mention in the comments block which of the 2 GM boons you want. (I forgot. I guess I PM Tyrannius?)

I have a chronicle sheet question:
I have a player that played a level 7 pregen for level 1 credit (500 gp) at a Tier 5-6 table. Does that player receive the Tier 1-2 boons or Tier 5-6?

Thank you for your patience! After double-checking, the character would receive the Tier 5-6 boons but wouldn't be able to use them until said character reaches 5th level. Hope that helps!
I'll give things another day or so for any further questions and then I'll mark this campaign inactive.

GM Ladile |

The reporting to Paizo & the boons are being handled in batches, so it may take a few days for everyone to receive theirs.

GM Ladile |

Alrighty, about to mark the campaign inactive. If there are any further questions or concerns about chronicles or anything related to the special, please feel free to PM me and we'll get it sorted.
Thanks again! :)
