The hand shivers as Incedia's magic takes hold, but with the flick of it's index finger, it seems to shakes off most of the effects Successful save.
Nal is assaulted by rocks and debris, she ducks and dives as best she can, but it totally puts off her precise strike at the undead fingers grasping at her neck.
Rannarix is able to get a shot off at the hand, the first strikes hard, but the second flies high and wide as Rannarix tries to miss the struggling Nal. As the bolt pierces the skin of the hand, it spurts a spray of vile and putrid pus over Nal.

Then getting up from the floor, a cyclops rises up, it's flesh seems suddenly alive, bolstered by some necromantic force, arising from the hand's sudden burst into unlife. It staggers towards Redd, it's fist ready to attack.
The hand tries to rip into Nal's sword arm, Strike 1 1d20 ⇒ 1 , Strike 2 1d20 - 5 ⇒ (4) - 5 = -1 continue to grab Nal. but somehow the agile rogue manages to keep her arm free from injury. The hand does though continue to keep it's grasp on Nal's neck keeping her grabbed.

As Redd steps back, a blast of positive energy from Incendia's hands slams into the zombie, taking it down as quickly as it got up.
Stumbling backwards and concentrating on her performance, Redd's words seem to linger in the air, long after she stops speaking .... Her finger lets go the bow string sending an arrow towards the giant hand, but it just grazes past the little finger, just clipping the finger nail and breaks a small piece of claw off, doing no lasting damage. a miss.

The hand is once more assailed by Incendia's positive energy as it winces in pain, then feels Rannarix's shortsword piece it's tough hide, spurting a stream of green pus into the air.

Despite Incendia's concentration on the spell, the hand is able to resist most of the magic, as it points a claw at the spell caster.
An arrow flies harmlessly by the hand, smashing into wall and splintering into a thousand pieces, from Redd's bow, before her healing forces bring strength to Nal, healing her wounds. Nal her self get a safe distance, and drinks from a glass bottle a health giving liquid.
Despite feeling sick to the stomach, Rannarix runs over to the hand, stabbing it once more, with more pus once more spurting out Incendia odd - Rannarix even 1d10 ⇒ 5 Incendia reacts as it spurts in her direction.

"Coming, Aunt Cindy! Hang in there!"

Rannarix, tries to strike into the hard undead flesh, but his blade just strikes a bit of exposed yellowed bone.
Frustrated with her inability to hit the hand, Redd at last breathes deeply, holding her shot until the centre of the palm is exposed. She holds her breathe, exhales and controls her muscles, letting loose the arrow that sends the last vestiges of unlife from the hand. The arrow strikes fast and true. send plumes of pus flying into the air as the hand collapses on the floor.

The sticky coloured pus lands in a large puddle as it looks as though it will cover Rannarix, who could take so negative damage, 2d6 ⇒ (5, 5) = 10 exact damage will be given after reflex save DC=19.

Rannarix doesn't manage to skip out of the way as the pus covers the poor little kobold, as it drains his life from him. Rannarix takes 10HPs negative damage and is sickened 2. But given you are out of combat, only the Hit Point Damage is relevant.

"It's good that we didn't let those chroniclers explore in here! That was harrowing."

With the horrid hand finally truly dead, Nal hurriedly casts Stabilize on Rannarix before turning to Aunt Cindy. "Redd, you take care of Rannarix while I get Aunt Cindy all patched up. I think we could use an hour for everyone to rest and recover."

As she sees to the gnome's wounds, Nal's mind begins to wander a bit. At least I was able to do *something* for Rannarix. I really hope Redd can patch him up again. --Gah! Ow, that hand really bruised my throat... She shoves those thoughts aside to focus on her teammate's injuries.

"Ow! Ow...ow...ow...!" says Rannarix, squirming like a toddler, followed when it stings by some rather untoddler-like language.

The group rest for a whole hour as they recover from their wounds. With the facedown body of the cyclops now lying inert where it fell with a silver chain visible around it's neck and the giant desiccated hand on the floor lifeless once more with a gold band around its little finger.
The obsidian finger on the unholy altar remains intact despite the pus that landed there.
Translating the symbols on the obsidian finger a hidden (spoiler) Society or Cyclops Lore check. Only one of you can make the check. Best we do it right this time.
Nal and Incendia spend the hour treating wounds, others can do other activities.....

Rannarix glances around the altar, but doesn't understand what he sees. Looks like a big ol' spooky altar to him.

Rannarix can see the finger, but the altar is far to tall for him to reach the obsidian artefact .... these cyclops were very big humanoids. The images around the base of the altar are strangely reminiscent of some gods of Golarian, though the images have been deeply scratched almost defaced. Is that what brings the evil into the altar? It isn't something that can be deduced just by looking at the reliefs.
The altar seems too tall for a small creatures to reach the finger.
If you are translating the finger with the notes you have with you, you need make the roll in a spoiler... So taking that Rannarix was just using society to understand the altar .... but also Rannarix cannot now make a roll to translate ... sorry being a bit of a GM here .. if you want me to roll the check, then tell me ... oh and the skill must be Trained, I should have added that above too.

After an hour or so of rest and recovery, Redd reluctantly decides to take a look at the lifeless creatures they destroyed.
Thank goodness we destroyed these things before they destroyed us.
She remarks as she uses the side of her foot to scoot the remains towards the wall.
Eww. These things are really stinky and gross. Best to get them out of the way.
Pushing the remains with her foot, she notices the glinting of a gold ring and a silver chain in the piles of dessicated flesh and bone splinters. She pulls a handkerchief from her pocket and carefully uses it it to pick the items out from the mess.
Heyyy. Look.
She says in wonderment as she looks closely at the jewelry.
These could be worth a fortune.

"We're amassing quite the collection." Incendia looks over the fingers they have gathered so far. "Can't make hide nor hair of the writing, but I'm sure some cyclops-specialist researcher will have a field day."

Amused by Rannarix's behavior while Redd was seeing to him, as well as his eagerness to leave this place (she can't blame him a bit, honestly), Nal chuckles. "Well, wait a second. I could use a bit of healing too, and I want to try my luck translating the finger. Redd, could you help me patch myself up? My throat and neck are really tender. That thing had a grip."
Once Nal is patched up, she thanks Redd and cautiously approaches the finger on the pedestal, looking for traps or more ambushes. If all seems clear, she reaches up to pull down the finger for a closer study.

"Ow! Oh--Ohhhh, that's better. Thanks Redd." With a sheepish glance at Rannarix, Nal wryly adds: "Can't say I have any right to complain. Don't worry about it, Redd." With a warm smile and a pat on the shoulder, Nal stands up briskly.
And what she says next will depend on GM Deevor's response to the following: The maps don't seem to connect in an obvious way. Is there more for us to explore? We've had three combats already, which is pretty typical for a single scenario, but we don't know how this one is written.

As you further reconnoitre the underground, Rannarix mentions that there are another two passage ways that you have not reconnoitred. One going off to the east, the other continuing on north.

Nal's body language indicates that she wants to push on, but she realizes this is a team effort, and half her team is pretty depleted.
