In my RPG plan, Rhubarby uses an integrated Grappler with her armor. She is a Prototype Armor mechanic. I figure it is rigged on her armor for firing. I am fine with 15-20 ft. at this point. I want her to be able to shoot the grappler and then reposition an enemy next to her, so she can smash them and open them up to AoO for other team members.

Also, I just remember that Rhubarby has the armor upgrade stabilizer springs equipped. That is a +2 to acrobatics to keep your balance in narrow spaces. Should I have used that? Would I have saved? Sorry. I was sort of blitzed most of the weekend.

SFS Legal Stabilizer Springs
Source Starfinder Armory pg. 85
Item Level 1; Price 400
Slots 1; Armor Type Light, Heavy; Bulk —
These carefully calibrated, high-quality springs installed around the ankles and knees of the armor make your stance more balanced. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to Acrobatics checks to balance on narrow surfaces, a +2 circumstance bonus to AC against trip combat maneuvers, and a +2 circumstance bonus to Reflex saves against effects that knock you prone (such as the grease spell or the knee shot operative exploit)."

Not rushing you! Just wanted to get a post out there while I had the chance. You've been leading the way afterall.

I've been wracking my brain to think of a way to use the grappler for the pillar jumping portion. The only thing that comes to mind is to shoot into the ceiling and then swing. Such a thing would require hitting a DC 5 target about 45 feet away (yay pathagorean's theorum!). Even at a -4 because of range penalties, your roll succeeds. The next check would be an Athletics check to hold on as you swing. I will set the DC at a 15 for that because of the distance swinging (40ft), but give you a +2 because of how your grappler probably works. As for the action economy, I'll just say that swinging will take up your full turn.

Sounds good to me. I swear I am not trying to be a pest here. I have a vision of the grappler from that X-COM DLC expansion where the X-COM agent uses his grappler for mobility and for pulling people into combat. The Starfinder rules all suggest it can be done. There is even a feat for it I plan on taking. Plus being an Armor Prototype mechanic, it seems like I should be able to incorporate it into my armor, even if it say uses an upgrade slot. The only people I have to discuss my ideas with are you guys I meet here on PbP and Warhorn sessions! So, I appreciate the feedback.

No worries. The problem you're going to run into is doing things that are not specifically defined. Secondly, I really encourage you to buy a projectile weapon to attach it to so that you have a clearly defined range. I can't think of anything that would suggest that you could attach it via an armor upgrade slot. If you attach it to a projectile weapon however, you might be able to do something with that because it is more defined as a weapon.

No problem. Outside of society, I'd very likely allow a grappler in an upgrade slot. The idea is really neat.
While this might not work well with using as a weapon, attaching a grappler to a lvl 1 shirren eye rifle works pretty well. While you might not have proficiency, you can get that sweet sweet sniper range to cross 100ft chasms. I know I had fun when I did it.

The Northern conveyor lets a PC move 5ft for each 10 ft moved
I think you have that backwards
The southern track allows a PC to move 15 feet for every 10 feet of movement used. The northern track allows a PC to move up to 10 feet for every 5 feet of movement spent.
I read it as you double your movement, spend 5ft, move 10
