I'm guessing most of you are participating in PaizoCon this weekend? If so I'm happy to resume either tomorrow (5/31) evening or Tuesday. Is that reasonable?

^Could be that or general holiday-weekend festivities. I'd say things will likely pick up starting Monday evening/Tuesday.

This is an FYI that I'll be away this coming weekend, 6/12-13, with no access to computers or phone signal. I should be able to resume Sunday evening (US/Pacific time). Given that it's a weekend I expect minimal disruption.

BTW, I'd sent all of you DMs with an invite to a discord server. If you're so inclined, it might be a way to communicate more frequently about the game, behind-the-scenes, about time away, etc.

Apologies for posting delays; Tuesday & Wednesday proved busier than expected. As a note, I'll be heading out of town today for a convention and won't be back until Monday afternoon. I won't make any guarantees about posting but I will say that I'll have my Chromebook with me and probably won't completely fill my schedule up with games, soooo...we'll see!

So, I'm guessing some might've noticed it, but I totally screwed up the last battle map where the squares were supposed to be 10' of space, and treated them like 5'. The passageway in should have been less cramped. Apologies.

Honestly, I haven't noticed. I always assume maps are on 5 feet scale...

Reminder on this. It's coming up in 6 days. We're cutting it close to finish this beforehand, but since I'm slated to run three modules in a row this isn't strictly a problem.

Okay folks, that concludes part 1. I was able to sneak in one last post before my travel.

I hope you all don't mind the short break before I begin running part 2. I intended to run all three of these in doing my part in the GM rotation (and it'll be a LONG time before I have an absence this long again).

So, first things first, part 1 is a bit of a slog, but hope I made it as interesting as I could. The dwarven lore is very disconnected from many of the rooms along the way.

Items of business:

* The scheduled 12-day pause (covered)
* Chronicles: It's going to be very tough to prepare chronicles before i'm off the grid. Very likely this will have to wait until I return.
* I believe Fran may not be continuing with us, and if so we need to recruit another member to our ranks. I'm completely okay with the remaining members putting out feelers and making a selection while I'm gone.

Meant to comment on this earlier and it slipped my mind! I have indeed spoken to our good GM about it already but I've decided not to continue with the group. Not because I'm not having a good time or anything, but more because I'm feeling my desired focus slowly but surely shifting from primarily 1e play to 2e play and would like to start freeing up more of my PbP plate for 2e games. Hopefully that makes sense!

Oh, in case some didn't see it, I PM'd discord invites to everyone for a server relevant to games I run. It enables faster OOC communication sometimes when something is up.

Inira can mix it up in melee, but her specialty is definitely ranged combat. She also has 40' move and +18 perception, so if you all want her to take point and/or scout, happy to do so. She does not have a high survival skill, though, so tracking is probably out.
