You just recieved 11hp. You do not have your HP in your character stat line. Honestly only you can tell us when you're up. I don't know how far down you were HP wise, nor how much you need~ I expect 11hp is a lot though at level 2.
The question was about the actions, not math ;) but thank you. After all the posts on the validity of dragging the unconscious, I thought I would wait for the actions to be validated, but yeah, that was more than enough to shore up his 7hp. That part I was good on. He can act when he's allowed to then.

DM rel20 wrote:I don't believe Nathan is unconscious though; he still has positive HP AFAIK, although we're waiting on a fort save to learn more...I kinda just assumed he was unconscious and I'd missed something like him being at 0 when he fired his cold ray because I wasn't sure on why he'd need dragging if he was still up lol.
"I'm going to poke around in here and see if there's anything else lurking while you deal with the snake bite."
He closes the door behind him and starts poking around for more snakes.
@Randall - please make a perception check.

I'd closed the door behind myself to stop any more snakes from getting out, but I guess there's nothing stopping you from opening it up again.
Randall lances out his ranseur, then takes a step back. It's always best to be cautious of snakes. Even (or especially) the small ones.

Well then... technically Randall is the only one that saw the snakes in this case, so please try to be more careful about taking actions. Since this is a small encounter, we'll just go with it.
Xeph: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Andru: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Randall: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (8) + 0 = 8
Zupon: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Nathan: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Chigao: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
GM: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Nathan trys to eradicate the remaining snakes, but misses trying to move his way through everyone. Randall trys to add to his meat on a stick collection, but sends the weapon high, destroying the remnants of the chest in the process.

Chigao Waiyo |
Chigao will likely delay her actions- or would that be a readied action instead- so that when the door is opened up by Nathan, she'll head inside to see what Nathan shot at with the energy ray. Also placed Randall inside the snek room. ;)
Waiting to see what will happen, Chigao acts once Nathan up opens the door and fires off another ray at something inside of the room.
Making her way past Nathan [and the unobstructed doorway] only to see Sergeant Harkness going up against another pair of snakes by the ruined chest.
"More snakes about?" Maybe I should've gone to fetch a rat corpse earlier...
Chigao will attempt to stab at the snake to the right [un-purpled].
attack by dagger: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9.
dagger damage: 1d4 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 1 = 6.

@Chigao - if you specify the action to go off with a triggered event, then it's a readied action. The down side to this is that if the trigger doesn't happen, then you lose your turn. Delaying just means you hold until later. You can take action at any point later in the round, but your initiative moves to that new slot, and you go after someone else, potentially (if you want to take action at an occupied slot.)
The snakes hiss in anger, and lash out at the nearest two:
@Chigao
bite: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
@Randall
bite: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Chigao is bit for 1 point of damage. A fort save DC 11 is required.

There are too many down there, and with that angle Zupon can't do much other than move slightly closer in case. I'll use a Ready Action to fire if a hostile appears in his POV.

Based on Chigao's previous actions, I'll probably go with the delay aspect since she pretty much 'acted' after Nathan.
Chigao is bit for 1 point of damage. A fort save DC 11 is required.
Fort save vs little snek: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18.
Round 2
Wincing after being bitten by one of the smaller snakes, Chigao steps back about 5' until she is parallel next to Randall whereupon the Young Kunoichi strikes with her sharpened dagger at the small purple serpent that is hounding the Sergeant.
Attack vs Purple Snek: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12.
Damage if applicable: 1d4 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 1 = 3.
"Both the Sergeant and I have moved down towards the middle of the room- there should be enough space left to fire at the snakes! There's two of them- much smaller than the one before!", Chigao belts out helpfully to the others in the hallway.

Finding himself agreeing more with Xeph, at moving the combat, but unable to do so. Zupon starts to move closer to see but decides otherwise and moves north with Xeph "Well, they'll handle the snake snacks, lets open this one" he suggests.
Xeph goes before me. But I'll post now~. Zupon will open the door for Xeph. or if we're going in the terms of post order. Zupon will ready a small explosive incase there are enemies. I am fine with either fashion. Xeph can post with whichever assumption he wants (he opens, or I open, the other will be prepped for fight)

Chigao Waiyo |
Seeing Sergeant Harkness finally putting down one of the smaller snakes, Chigao opts to draw out her more combat appropriate masterwork sickle as a move action followed by another attack on the yellow snake with said sickle before it could do more damage.
attempted attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5.
attempted damage: 1d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 1 = 3.
That didn't go as well as I had hoped for; should I have dropped my dagger before going for my sickle?

Treat Poison
To treat poison means to tend to a single character who has been poisoned and who is going to take more damage from the poison (or suffer some other effect). Every time the poisoned character makes a saving throw against the poison, you make a Heal check. If your Heal check exceeds the DC of the poison, the character receives a +4 competence bonus on his saving throw against the poison.
Action/Time: 1 standard action.
Retry? Varies. Generally speaking, you can’t try a Heal check again without witnessing proof of the original check’s failure.

CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Chigao Waiyo |
After Randall skewers the final smaller snake, Chigao puts away her sickle and starts to see if there was anything of note within or nearby the snake's nest.
Perception to find anything of note in the snake nest: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20.
"Nicely done on taking care of those snakes, Sergeant Harkness", Chigao says to Randall before adding in towards Zupon's request, "I think I can assist with bleeding out a snake or two." If there is anything to be found by the snakes, Chigao will mention it off-hand.
Giving a nod towards Xephkiel while she is attempting to bleed out one of the smaller snake corpses, Chigao offers a comment with, "Fortunately for Nathan, it seems that Zupon has gotten the poison dealt with...". The Young Kunoichi then looks to Nathan and asks, "How are you feeling about now, Nathan? If you'd like, we'll try to rest up once the other rooms on this floor are cleared up. We might have to leave those stairs down for later on?"
Then finally helping the other party members towards checking with the three smaller rooms opposite to the snake room, Chigao attempts to discern anything of note in them.
Perception of d3i: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14.
Perception of d3ii: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24.
Perception of d3iii: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11.
Looks like she sees nothing notable as well, based on the rolls made.
Finally moving towards the unopened rooms to the north by following after Xef, Chigao attempts to examine the door to the smaller room on the west/left side.
Perception on West room-door: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23.
If Lockpicking/disabling is required: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26.

Chigao doesn't find anything beyond the smashed snake home.
The door to the west is quiet and unlocked.
Chigao Waiyo |
Moved the blue cover to Room D7; hope I got it right.
Upon carefully opening the door leading to the abandoned kitchen, Chigao sees the room for what it once was and calls out to the others, "I think this room must've been the old keep's kitchen area. I don't see any creatures inside but there are two other doors side by side further in the room. Let me see if there's anything important within them..."
The Young Kunoichi tries to determine if it'll safe to enter before cautiously stepping inside as quietly as possible with dagger in hand.
Perception for D7 to see if safe or trapped: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22.
Stealth in D7: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23.
Perception for D7 interior for anything notable inside: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20.
If nothing notable occurs, Chigao will step to the top door and see if it is trapped before opening it to peer within. She will relay her findings to the others as needed but will not enter inside unless it's necessary.
Perception for D8 door: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7.
Lockpicking D8 door, if needed: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17.
Perception for D8 interior: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6.
If there's nothing of interest in D8, she'll attempt the same for the bottom door. She'll likewise relay her findings to the others as well. Also will not enter unless circumstances deems it otherwise.
Perception for D9 door: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19.
Lockpicking D9 door, if needed: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12.
Perception for D9 interior: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16.
