All good :) Easy mistake

Ionic's healing would be a bit lower (26) if we are calculating off of the +2 and not the +11 from the reroll.

If you've had trouble logging into Paizos site there was some pretty bad weather causing issues, but it's fixed now! Please follow their advice below and delete old cookies to log in again!
We had an outage today with the servers keeping track of our session information, which is crucial for making log-ins "stick". We finished repairing the problem around 5:00 PM PST, but sessions from before then won't work properly. Anyone having trouble signing in should be able to fix the issue by deleting their paizo.com cookies and attempting to log in again.

Assuming Raznik did his healing after the bleed was over, that took 20 minutes and neither can be healed via Medicine again for an hour. So we would need to rest for at least that long to try and get them healed to full.
The gargoyle has been camped somewhere in here for a while now, so I suspect that it can wait a little longer for us to show up. I do not have a problem with waiting another hour to try again as I really think it would be a good idea to be at full strength going into the BBEG fight. If that becomes a problem, then there are always elixirs and potions that will top people up.

I don’t buy it. Gargoyle Jesus is just gonna take off, when he could raid the iruxi any time he wants?
1. I don’t believe him
2. Why *doesn’t* he raid the iruxi? He sent the dogs, right? Just to save himself the trouble of leaving his lair?
There’s gotta be a trick to this guy. If we get a bunch of metal (like, say, pieces of broken observatory), will he be entombed by his magnetism?

![]() |

This is almost certainly one of those moral dilemmas that these scenarios occasionally throw at you (I've run into several already). I believe that the gargoyle will in fact leave the observatory for 5 years if we feed him Lumki. Our choice here is to avoid a fight with the gargoyle in exchange for allowing him to kill Lumki... or fight him to the death. Given that Paravaax appears to be all alone in this room, I expect that he'll be a quite a tough nut to crack.
In the unlikely event that there is any talk of taking this deal, let me assure you that Jayma has already rejected this idea out of hand. In fact, given that she has line-of-sight to the gargoyle, she is going to cast a spell, so brace yourselves.
Oh, and we shouldn't be too surprised if the building comes crashing down around our heads in the middle of the fight; it doesn't sound like it will take much to bring it down.

Raznik is more simple. He likes Lumki. Paravaax is a meany. Let's rumble.
I'm expecting some sort of protective field from the magnetic field, though it appears to be drawing metal to it, so maybe easier to hit? But maybe hard to get your sword back? Hopefully it doesn't care about arrows.

There is indeed a few tricks to the magnetism, as you will find out if it leads to combat. :)

Would Jayma be able to see through what appears to be an arrow slit in the wall where I've put a red dot? Can she get line-of-sight on Paravaax and the large mephit from there? Is the transparent field of view I dropped on there about right? What kind of cover would she get from an attack through the slit?

Never mind. Jayma decided to do something else.
By the way, is the way west clear to the outside in case the building starts collapsing around us and we need to get the heck out of dodge? Then again it might be safer and easier to head out the south entrance if it is only the main chamber that's coming down.

That is more of a solid wall for this. The doors to the left are indeed a way to the outside, they are currently shut.

<squints at the map> Doors to the left? Ooookay... I think I see them now. :)
I'm glad they're closed; no escape for Paravaax that way then.

Did we find all (or enough) of the treasure bundles? Aren't there usually 10 in each scenario? I count: 2 from the Sea Devils loot, Nahansa's Scrollstaff, 3 from Paravaax's remains. Looks like we're short of the 10. We must have missed something at the old temple we cleared of Boggards.

![]() |

Nope, you have found all of the treasure bundles. I just didn't list them as Treasure bundles in the text was all.

As promised. Here are your chronicles! Please look them over for any errors so that I can get them corrected right away.

And the game is also now reported!

Thank you GM Tyranius for running another great adventure and thanks to all the players for making this one of the most enjoyable PbP games that I've played. Hopefully we'll run into each other again in the upcoming Outpost IV.

GM Sedoriku |

Thank you Gm Tyrannius for an amazing game and thank-you everyone else for the amazing roleplaying. I am going to have to add goblin spit to the list of things I include in a PF2 medical kit now (for Ionic at least).

Thank you GM for runnign this excellent game. And thanks to the rest of you for being fun to play with Sorry I flaked out a few times there. With my parents in town for an extended stay, it has thrown my schedule completely off for posting and my "free time" is virtually nonexistent. Thank you for you patience, and I can't wait to play Muzzo with you again!
Edit: Chronicle looks great, thank again!
