GM Khouri
@Ejtehah cannot react quick enough to keep the globules from attaching themselves, but the dog is more wary. Ejtehah directs the dog to jump into the hole in the floor and...
Hmm the closest rules I can find about using acrobatics to avoid fall damage on a mount would be the ride usage "Leap":
Leap: You can get your mount to leap obstacles as part of its movement. If the Ride check to make the leap succeeds, make a check using your Ride modifier or the mount’s jump modifier, whichever is lower, to see how far the creature can jump. If you fail your Ride check, you fall off the mount when it leaps and take the appropriate falling damage (at least 1d6 points). This usage does not take an action but is part of the mount’s movement.
So @Ejtehah please make a DC 15 Ride check to stay on your mount as he flips around to land on his feet. For the acrobatics, we can keep the 20, even with Ejtehah's modifier (and -4 to DEX for being entangled) that would succeed (DC 15 to avoid fall damage).
GM Khouri
OOOH ACTUALLY before you make that roll, @Ejtehah you started your turn covered in viscous globules, so please make a DC 13 Fortitude save or be staggered for the round. (Wouldn't affect your ability to direct your mount anyway I don't think)

Climb (misfortuned): 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (20) + 0 = 20
Climb (misfortuned): 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (5) + 0 = 5
He grabs where he swore the rope was just a second ago, but he was mistaken and falls.
fall damage: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 6) = 9
And falls right next to @Molvil on his head. You hear a loud pop and his neck is at an unnatural angle. He is dead.

Casting pass without trace on herself and familiar.
She then carefully steps over the sleeping man and into the warehouse, heading west and crouching low behind shelves, boxes and tables...

Professor Molvil Masaendri

Professor Masaendri shouts up to Nilah: "Cut the ropes so we can tie up those guys and the one in the office!"
Assuming Nilah complies, the Professor will grab the closest fallen rope and go back to tie up the sleepy office guy. She'll take two move actions: pick up the rope and walk partway back.
GM Khouri
Yes, your riding dog also takes the original 5 damage from being in the swarm square at the end of the swarm's turn.
@Ejtehah is having a rough day. A Very rough day. First those shenanigans at the manor house where they knocked him unconscious, now this ooze swarm UGH. Even trying to get away from it made it worse - it's hilarious. He can't stop laughing! As he directs his dog down into the secret floor door, he forgets to compensate for the dog's acrobatics in trying to keep its own feet towards the ground, and falls off halfway down. But keeps laughing.
falling damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1 Well that's a blessing at least
Even though you're staggered, you can still do 1 action if you want to stand up from prone (I believe directing your mount doesn't take an action?)
D13. Guild Meeting Hall
A long wooden table sits in the center of the room, surrounded by chairs. Covering the surface are several maps, diagrams, and other paperwork. A hand-drawn, poster-sized map of Ilsurian is nailed to the north wall.
@Salmok doesn't see anyone in this room, but the door to the south is swinging wildly - he must be moving fast. You have 30' of movement, so you can move completely through that room into the next if you want - see second map
@Molvil readies her action to get the rope. (I assume you move below the catwalk to do so?)
Salmok

Salmok only has 20 ft as an oread. He can just move to the door.

I think even not fully moving to the wall Nilah probably still isn't quite at the top of the rope. But I'm *pretty sure* it would be < 1/4 of the distance? Would've been 15' to the rope, rest of the double-move for 3/4 of the way up. This round: 3 squares to the top.
Nilah just peeks over the top of the catwalk. She stands high on it and draws her rapier to cut the rope as Molvil suggests.
Partial move and move to draw, I think that's all she's got this round.

Along the east wall are pegs mounted at eye level, some of which have a change of clothing hung on them and nicknames scrawled on the wall above. Three doors lead east, west, and north. A rope ladder hangs from the ceiling by the west door and goes up through a five-foot-wide shaft to the floor above.

Nilah cuts the rope from the catwalk and uses it to tie up both of the thugs unconscious on it.
Have no idea what the action economy is to cut rope and tie someone up, I'm guess it'll be multiple rounds but her goal is to get done and get down through the trap door.
GM Khouri
@Molvil thank you for the heads up. I will take this Fort save for round 5. (FYI: They can't.)
@Molvil is able to come to her wits and dodge the fresh onslaught of mini-oozes, but was only able to remove about 1/2 of the oozes attached to her from the first attack, before running towards the room with a DOOR. One more standard action to be completely free!
@Nilah I can't find RAW on it either, I would assume - without assistance / but since they are unconscious/blinded/stunned - we'll assume it takes 1 round each for the 2 on the catwalk (2 rounds total). I'll assume based on the height of the catwalk the rope is 20' long, so 10' each to tie them up makes sense.
@Nilah inspects the rope as she ties up the first thug - it is high-quality and you expect they will not be able to escape easily once awake.

Not a turn post. Just a detail I want to add about Nilah's tying up of the thugs on the catwalk.
As Nilah ties up the thugs, she runs their arms behind their backs and ties them behind the railing of the catwalk so that, not only is it difficult to come untied but they're more or less stuck in-place. She does the same with their feet, bending their lower legs behind another piece of railing and tying the feet up with the hands.
They ain't going nowhere.

Salmok looks perplexed. He'll step up to the thug in the room. "What was that! WHAT DID YOU DO!?"
The oread walks up to the thug and raises his mattock. Salmok brings down his mattock on the thug.
Mwk Mattock attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12

Salmok (probably) misses his target, slashing out at a nearby object. 'I meant to do that... maybe it'll scare him into submission even more.'. "That was a warning." Salmok says with a smirk.
GM Khouri
@Magdelina after a moment, you recognize the unique smell as a type of inhaled poison called Maiden Lily Attar - it causes unconsciousness for minutes to hours at a time. Does @Magdelina have any other action this turn, or are you done?
@Salmok as you enter the room two things happen -
1) In the North end of the room you see TWO enemies - the Thug you recognized from earlier (red) cowering in the corner and a sneakier looking guy that must have thrown the poison capsule (blue #1).
2) As you step up through the doorway into the north position where you can swing at a visible enemy, another sneaky-looking guy (blue #2 - readied action) pops out from where he was hiding (Stealth 24) under a table around the other corner of the doorjamb and strikes at you from the back!
So @Salmok has 3 choices of targets! (But it doesn't matter because the swing will miss any of them - being sneak attacked in the back will do that to a guy - still you have your choice of positioning with whatever movement you have left.)
Shortsword attack (+ flanking): 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 3 + 2 = 17
Shortsword damage (+sneak attack): 1d6 + 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 2 + (3) = 8
