@Ejtehah will prompt Ghermez forward into the fray - he had one more trick up his sleeve. He tries to dodge out of the reach of the female to the north of the door, and circle around the male to the south to get in position For a line attack "Phantasmagorical Breath" - READIED action for when @Salmok moves out of way (or say its ok to hit Salmok too) if he can still hit both skulks

Ghermez Acrobatics: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25

Readied Phantasmagorical Breath:
He casts a spell and pretends to blow...
DC16 to disbelieve all damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5 damage

It's been @Salmok's turn for 24 hours, I'm going to assume he double moves in the direction he thinks Ferdis went.
Perc(Salmok): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Salmok moves out of the meeting room and into the next room...

D12. Entrance Hall
Stuffed training dummies line the south wall, crude faces drawn on their heads. Along the east wall are pegs mounted at eye level, some of which have a change of clothing hung on them and nicknames scrawled on the wall above. Three doors lead east, west, and north. A rope ladder hangs from the ceiling by the west door and goes up through a five-foot-wide shaft to the floor above.

...not seeing the man here, but noticing the west door swinging, he heads that direction. It exits into a hallway/corridor, with a door to the west and south - but they are both firmly closed. To the north the hallway continues unobstructed.

Magdelina will ready an action to shoot the Thug (#1) with his own shortbow if he tries to disengage.

readied Shortbow:
Shortbow attack (not proficient): 1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (8) + 2 - 4 = 6
Shortbow damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3

@Magdelina will take a 5' step back and Misfortune the thug.

Thug #1 Will Save vs Misfortune DC 14: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20
Unfortunately, it doesn't work.

Magdelina calls back to her companions that the thug out front isn't blinded anymore and will probably wake up soon, then darts outside to collect his weapons from the ground before he can use them against them. (move action to move, move action to pick up discarded weapons)

Magdelina comes down the stairs with rope, sees Molvil sitting on top of the rug/Thug burrito and says "I'm going to check on the other guy out front. Do you still want this rope? If not, maybe I can tie up the one outside." If they say yes, she'll drop it (free action) on her way past and double move down to take cover by the front door and look out. She has the borrowed shortbow in her hand.

@Magdelina smiles gently at the children while she retrieves the rope and tells them they're going to tie the 'bad guys' up. She retrieves the rope and grappling hook (move action) (never going to know when you need a grappling hook) and heads back out to the top of the stairs.

Seeing that the children are relatively safe and calmed, Magdelina is going to go check on the status of the other knocked out enemies and Molvil. She double moves to reach where Thug #4 was on the stairs before Molvil rolled him up in the rug

C10. (Upstairs) Children's Bedroom
@Nilah - Ah, somehow I missed you telling the kids to look away, that's fine though they're upset for a LOT of reasons :) but now they are only medium upset
Magdelina Diplomacy (assisted by Nilah): 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 8 + 2 = 19
The older one sniffs and says "The mean lady with the white hair and pointy ears said you worked for the circus! We're not hurt though, she just scared us."

Seeing Nilah's claw attempt scrape off the Rogue's armor, @Magdelina is out of ideas and uncharacteristically fiercely charges the guy, attempting to push him out the window!

CMB Bull Rush: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (15) - 2 = 13
GR#1 AoO Shortsword attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
She strikes him slightly off-balance, but he recovers before tumbling out the window and swings his sword clumsily back at her, but misses.

~**Initiative!**~ (round 8)
Ejtehah (-2hp/unconscious/stabilized)
BM (running)
Gilded Rogue #1 (throw dagger @Nilah)
Gilded Thugs
Salmok (running)

Magdelina
Nilah (failed spell combat)
Molvil (readied color spray)

@Magdelina leans down and checks @Ejtehah's pulse to make sure he's stable, then she will try to cast Charm Person one more time on the guy blocking the window.
GR#1 Charm Person Will Save DC17: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (20) + 0 = 20 SERIOUSLY?

Since she can't keep line of sight to Cackle at the boss guy, and she already Misfortuned this guy, instead Magdelina stands in front of the door by Ejtehah's body and casts Charm Person on the person blocking the window egress. (WILL SAVE DC 17]

GR#2 Will save: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (20) + 0 = 20
Magdelina tells the man "You want to put away your weapon and calm those children." He just laughs in response.
