So I think this hinges on what the caledons are going to accept. We don't know if the rest of the mites are just going to be up one floor or if they're more spread out, but maybe we can round them all up. Then herd them through the crack in the wall and move a shelf or something over so they can't get back through. :)

Ultimately though, I think Ketra is inclined to avoid angering a bunch of Pharasma's servants even if they're just constructs. If we have to fight the mites to do so, she'll probably be unhappy but go along with it. They've shown themselves to be pretty awful so far.

Ketra's plan makes sense to me, too, and in character it will make sense to Sanduro. He's a Pharasman himself, albeit not terribly observant or knowledgeable at this point, and would prefer to avoid fighting with a specifically Pharasman construct.

Also, fighting constructs at low levels is the worst!

I've done my time as a Gunslinger, and now it's time for my first level as a Paladin of the General of Vengeance.

FCB is going to a skill point, and the 4 ranks I'm getting are going to Intimidate, Perception, Religion, and Sense Motive. Background skills into Alchemy and Handle Animal.

Instead of heavy armor proficiency, I get Precise Shot, so now I don't have to be quite so scared of accidentally shooting any of you.

GM (or anyone, really) - I can’t tell if I’m missing something about the phantom’s stats in Occult Adventures or if there is an error in Hero Lab, and would appreciate any thoughts.

According to Occult Adventures, a phantom’s starting statistics include a +2 dodge bonus to AC (in incorporeal form) or +2 natural armor (in ectoplasmic form) at level 1; at level 2, the phantom adds a +2 deflection bonus (when incorporeal) or +2 natural armor (in ectoplasmic form). I didn’t notice it until I was posting the new statblocks for Zsofia at level 2 but Hero Lab hasn’t applied the dodge bonus when Zsofia is incorporeal, so her AC is 2 lower when incorporeal than when in ectoplasmic form.

Any idea if this is something about the jealousy focus or something else that I’ve missed but is correct? Or do I need to try to get someone’s attention at Lone Wolf Development (I can fix it myself by adding an adjustment, but they’re still issuing occasional bug fixes so it’s worth letting them know if they’ve got it wrong).

+1 Routines per day (I kept expecting longer fights, so I pointlessly saved these during level 1. Probably should be spending them much more steadily because even when out of routines, its not like Ketra's out of tricks.)
Diverse Training class feature, picking acrobatics and bluff.

Sanduro: looks like a bug. I didn't find any reason why Zsofia wouldn't have her deflection bonus in incorporeal form either.

Oh, definitely. I mean, Ketra had this whole other life with the Shoanti before coming back to Roslar’s Coffer. Sanduro has spent pretty much the whole time since his rebirth riding in the backseat of the overloaded family station wagon, stuck between Grandma lecturing him nonstop and his obnoxious cousin poking him in the side every five minutes. Roslar’s Coffer is pretty much the first place he’s ever been on his own; he’s trying to adult (and the 17 Wisdom helps), but he’s still very young.

Well in the books they are concerned about failing and being punished, but the summoning queues specifically was an idea that had me cackling so I borrowed it from another GM :)

Ah yes, thanks for the reminder Sanduro--I will probably not be posting at all tomorrow, I'm anticipating something like a 13hr day at least, followed by stress drinking at a friends' place.

No, you were perfectly correct in what you said, but you avoided speaking of the earth-shattering explosion where everyone but us appeared to have died, as that would have implied both people would now be dead (not injured and recovering).

Got it, thanks. You're right - Sanduro wanted to hear what the Mayor thought had happened before she heard about their experience of it.

I'm working on updating the loot sheet - did we return the jade horse to the celedon along with the decorations the mites pulled from various places in the tomb? GM, I think the party's intent was to return anything stolen from the tomb but if the mites got the jade horse from somewhere else, we would have kept it.
