Tristan: That roll doesn't tell you anything, but you've fought and identified dretches before.
Massielo: I'm assuming Strider is accepting the raging song, but correct me if that's wrong.
Total with bonus good damage: 3 + 1d6 ⇒ 3 + (3) = 6
Selann: Yes, grease is dismissible, though it takes a standard action to do so.
As Massielo casts his protective magic on Caliban, Greta's hammer crushes the skull of the dretch in front of the elf. Caliban and Junior, working in tandem, cut down the other dretch at the front of the line, the creature too paralyzed by its fear of Tristan to offer up even a token defense. Since cyan was dead, I redirected both attacks to Red.

Slashing, Good: 1d8 + 9 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 9 + (6) = 16
Irabeth steps into the opening created by Greta, swinging her longsword at another of the creatures left reeling by an arrow from the party's mongrel allies. The strike hits home, cutting the dretch's head from its body.
Because Pink and Purple were a bit too similar, I changed Pink to Blue.

From what I can tell, accepting the raging song doesn't affect her attack or damage. It would increase her will, but decrease her AC. I guess she accepts it.

Fred Junior |

Yeah celesisl blood only adds damage to melee weapons. If they need a boost to Fort or Will they will go up by 1.

Selann Juris |

Seeing the group moving in and half of the demons down, Selann ends his spell to get rid of the grease.

GM Losonti |

Whoops, you're right. That'll teach me. He's still dead, though. Tristan, since you'd already acted this turn, I'm going to interpret your post as your action for round 2.

The two dretch at the front lurch forward and throw themselves at the defensive line of Benedic and Irabeth, but not a single blow finds a gap in their defenses. Iomedae's shields hold their ground. Behind them, the third dretch summons a bank of stinking fog that envelops the entire room in nauseating vapors. It's centered on the intersection of Benedic and Caliban's squares, so pretty much everybody will need to make a DC13 Fortitude save or become nauseated. If you are nauseated and leave the cloud, roll 1d4+1 to determine how long you say nauseated outside of it.
As a reminder, anything within 5 feet of you within the cloud is concealed (20% miss chance) and everything further than that has full concealment (50%) and can't be located using sight.

Remember if you accepted rage song last turn you have a +2 con and thus a +1 to your fort. Not that it will help a roll of a 1.
I changed the AoE to no fill and the color to green, I couldn’t remember where the door was, lol.
Fort vs stinky demons: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 5 + 1 = 17
Junior exclaims as some of his companions retreat, ”Ha! This is nothing compared to being hot-boxed by my mom.” Junior takes this opportunity to switch to sword and board, minus the sword and plus a warhammer.
At 1st level, affected allies gain a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution and a +1 morale bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC. While under the effects of inspired rage, allies other than the skald cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration. At 4th level and every 4 levels thereafter, the song's bonuses on Will saves increase by 1; the penalty to AC doesn't change. At 8th and 16th levels, the song's bonuses to Strength and Constitution increase by 2. (Unlike with the barbarian's rage ability, those affected are not fatigued after the song ends.)
If an ally has her own rage class ability (such as barbarian's rage, bloodrager's bloodrage, or skald's inspired rage), she may use the Strength, Constitution, and Will saving throw bonuses, as well as AC penalties, based on her own ability and level instead of those from the skald (still suffering no fatigue afterward). Inspired rage does not allow an ally to activate abilities dependent on other rage class abilities, such as rage powers, blood casting, or bloodrager bloodlines; the ally must activate her own rage class ability in order to use these features.
While the barbarian is raging, her melee attacks are considered good-aligned weapons for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction. Furthermore, the barbarian deals an additional 1d6 points of damage when she damages an evil outsider with a melee.

Caliban Tre'Athkar |

Fortitude: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25
The elf's immune system finally kicks in against the overhwelming smells he has encountered since falling into the chasm below Kenabres. Shaking off Junior's enraging presence, Caliban focuses, spinning his black blade in a quick snap, while incanting with his other hand, and delivering an arcane mark upon his target with the return of his blade to guard. sweet christmas
Benedic and Tristan are first up the stairs and into the melee, followed by Greta and Junior. Benedic's strike, while not deadly, wounds the tiefling enough that he can't stop Tristan from bouldering past him. Junior follows close in with encouraging words and a mighty swing of his warhammer that sends another of the tieflings reeling.
Putting them all to shame, though, is Greta's fearsome longhammer, which pierces through the melee and simply obliterates one of their would-be ambushers. The force is so powerful, in fact, that the tiefling's corpse is partially embedded into the wall, seemingly standing there even after she pulls the weapon free. for the record, you did more than 4 times his maximum hp

Benedic and Junior finish off their wounded opponents with swift and efficient blows, while the tiefling caught between Tristan and Caliban fights to survive just a few more seconds.
