I was wondering why I couldn't post earlier. I kept refreshing, and nothing was showing.
Sauros winces at the pain of dozens of tiny teeth piercing into his shin.

The northern door reveals a specimen chamber containing another of those octasharks in suspended animation. The southern door reveals another specimen chamber, but this one contains the mysterious artifact you seek. Neither door was trapped.
