Nasir moves the carpet toward the location of the secret door knowing that finding and destroying Xanesha's skull will both help his companions and free the enslaved spirit of the lamia. Clearly this Erigantus values control over Xenesha and would protect the skull, Nasir slows to a careful approach to the door trying to see if there is any danger nearby. He shouts to his companions.

However she did have the movement to get diagonally adjacent to Doc last night! I have not moved anything this morning.

Something happened yesterday. Ayita mentioned it was unclear about the fireball location. I posted an hour and a half later that the fireball was placed as I stated but when I logged into Roll20, it was shifted several squares to the right. That was before Ayita moved and I readjusted it back. So not sure what is going on now. Everything looks right other than Ayita being next to Doc.

I'm not quite sure where Frantino's efforts left Ayita and Yazhi, but assuming it added 10 feet to their move, I've placed them closer in to the door.
Ayita searches the entrance area, including the gryphon, for traps after a "guidance" cast.
