Boag-Hok's gaseous body oozes through the bars again, moving along the eastern wall until it stops a few feet from Roscoe.
Suddenly, the rooms gets darker, as if Boag-Hok has brought the gloom of the nether regions forth!

The it flies away, into the gloom, back towards the altar(?).

As a standard action Frantino will draw and drink an extract of long arms, giving him 10' reach again. He can't ready an action, but he should be able to take an AoO. He'll move closer to the altar and put up a third mind barrier as a swift action.

Don’t understand the question. One set of bars. It exited the bars then you cast. It is now on outside of bars.
While behind bars and receiving cover from Nasir, it moved left. Then seeped thru bars. Therefore it’s movement away from Nasir didn’t provoke AoO.
