Hue will look pointedly at Faust and put a finger up to his lips in the universal sign for silence. Then he will point at everyone in turn, make a circular motion with his hand, hold up four fingers splayed out, bring them together, and then form a fist. He will punch the fist into hit hand, point back to the interior of Lamm's building, make a "follow me" motion, and move in and exaggerated sneaky way.

I think I found a back entrance into that boat when I jumped into the water... you all were probably out cold by the time that happened. Theres a hole in the hull of the boat. I doubt they would be expecting an attack from that direction. Hue whispers for the benefit of those who can still hear. Let's get off the street, double check that the building is empty, and then plan our assault, inside, away from prying eyes.

Searching in the office, a wooden desk sits in one corner of this room. The table is heaped with dozens of slate boards covered with chalk scrawls, while to the east a cabinet slouches against the wall. Faust spots a small trapdoor, about 1 foot square, in the northeast corner of the room. It appears to be locked, with no visible method of releasing the lock from this side.
In the previously unopened room, he spots a pair of bunk beds sitting against the far wall on either side of a boarded-over window. Looking through the room, it appears there was nothing of value kept here.

Faust will motion for everyone to follow him, he leads them out the door the robed guy went and points to the boat. He then makes a motion on his hands like someone walking and then he open and closes a door and points to the boat again.

Hue leads the group to the opening he jumped in earlier, I jumped in here just before Blackjack showed up, when it was just me and both those maniacs still standing... I would have come back for you all, once I'd patched myself up. Hue lowers his eyes in shame for a moment, and then continues. While I was down in the water, which isnt deep, I saw a hole in the bottom of the boat. We might be able to crawl in that way and avoid attention. What say you all? Hue whispers. He points into the hole, walks his fingers under his arm again, and puts a finger to his lips

A narrow space exists under the fishery, with about three feet of room between the floor of the eastern side of the building and the languid, foamy river water below. Wooden pilings support the building, and thick mats of moss and cobwebs hang from ropes and rusted chains between them. A wooden walkway floats on the river’s surface, winding along the inner wall of pilings that supports the building’s frame above. The walkway leads from the sodden ship to the east all the way west to a small two-and-a-half-foot-square door that leads into an understructure below the fishery’s land-bound half. The pilings below this understructure are densely arrayed, leaving only narrow gaps into the water below that area.

Tensei portions out another serving of spider bits, while Faust and Hue working together manage to finish off the last remaining threat in this room.
Behset tapping into her connection to nature is pretty sure these are Drain Spiders. Nasty little buggers known for their aggression as well as their tendency to squeeze and hide in the sewers of Korvosa.
Looking over the room, you discover only slowly decaying wood inside the ship.

Behset will squeeze into the belly of the ship as well. She will draw her sickle, so she is carrying both it and the wand of cure light. Still following the lead of the warriors she will hang back and remain quiet and listen. Casting her eyes about she will look for any telltale traces of magic.

Moving up the stairs, the heroes look over the small cabin or the ship, finding it equally in ruins. The wood has rotten here to a degree that makes travel risky, with Hue pointing out some of the worst spots so people can avoid falling through the floor. No magical presence is visible here.

Hue picks up on some smudges on the mildewed boards, looking like fresh footprints, that seem to be leading down the stairs and out of the opening of the ship.
